Comfort Inn

Recent guest reviews

Staff at front desk were very helpful and pleasant to my 11 year old when she asked for a blanket.

I was disappointed with this hotel. Other recent reviews indicate the hotel was recently refurbished, but I could not tell. Pros: - good coffee in breakfast area Cons: - room/hotel run down - no tv remote in room (was missing) - only two towels in room - shampoo bottle not full / had been used - mildew smell in room - no forks or spoons in breakfast area for 30 mins during peak breakfast time; employee had to run to Wal-Mart to get more - breakfast food stations constantly running out of food: milk, eggs, sausage, waffle mix Overall, this hotel is best rated a 2 of 5 (Orbitz traveler rating). I'm not sure how it has a score above 3. I've stayed at other area hotels (4-5 others) and all were better than this hotel.

I stayed here for an orientation at the University. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room. Nice, clean couch and bed. Pillows were super comfortable and so was the mattress. You can tell its an older hotel, but they have done a great job at updating and I cant really complain about anything. I did not have an opportunity to use any of the hotels facilities. Breakfast in the morning was typically of a hotel breakfast but it was good enough for me to eat both mornings. I would stay again.

It was all quite good except for a few deficiencies such as broken safety latch on room door, meager breakfast supplies even at 6:45 am, no supplies in lobby bathrooms. If they improve these, my rating will jump to a five.

The hotel was convenient for my stay and location to restaurants and the reason I came. But the room has a distinct odor like smoking maybe. The floor had a stinch in it not so fresh.

The hotel appears nice but I had to switch rooms because my first room had garbage throughout that consisted of condoms and other items in there.

All good - easy check in, two good cardio pieces of equipment that were of some quality - not the cheap stuff.

The rooms were dirty and filthy the holes look trashy the air conditioning wasn't working . They were working on the pool couldn't go swimming

The manager and staff were rude ! The lobby and hall was hot and smelled. I had made a reservation for a king room and when my wife and I got there we were placed in a double room. My wife 7 months pregnant we couldnt sleep comfortable in the same small bed. I asked if we could just cancel the reservation and the manager refused and told us we would be charged either way there or not. The lady at the front desk that night promised to move us to a king room the next day. When i went to the front desk the lady that morning was rude and told me there was no way that was going to happen they didnt have any kings left. Wanted to know why i even needed a king room. I wanted to talk to the manager but she was never there. after going to the front a third time about our king room only one that helped us was Eric he got us moved to a king suite for no extra charge. He was nice. I will not be staying there again or any other comfort inn for that matter.

I had to leave a review because my room was an excellent experience for an incredible price!! Clean, update, king bed, everything I needed. Slept great. Hotel staff, fantastic.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of items and was well stocked.

Loved the room & the pillows!! Very comfortable and quiet. Did not realize the breakfast was a continental breakfast but other than that it was fine. Everyone was friendly.
