This condo is part of the renowned Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, the grounds of which are home to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a state-of-the-art gym, a sauna and steam room, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. The beach is a short walk or a free tram ride away, and there are two fantastic restaurants on-site. If you choose to leave the grounds, you'll find the many attractions of Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf less than two miles north, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets only two miles west.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great condo

I dont feel the listing made it clear that we had to go to the fitness center for a very small heated pool and workout room. Other than that the condo is lovely and clean.

Overall great trip

We loved the location of the condo and the area. There was easy access to the beach and area restaurants. The only problem we had was the hall toilet overflowed due to a malfunction of the flushing mechanism in the toilet (at 11:00 at night.) The hallway, bathroom, and both bedrooms flooded. When we called the front desk, they put in a work order for the next morning. We had sitting water in the floor! They sent the security guy to check us out. He had no clue what to do. We requested a shopvac so we could get the water up. It didn't work, so we had to soak all the water up with towels. We ended up not getting in the bed until 2:00 that morning. This was very frustrating. The maintenance guy showed up the next morning and just turned the water pressure down at the valve. I truly hope it doesn't mess up on the next occupants! Other than that, our trip was great.
