I frequently stay at ESA throughout the midwest and southeast. This is a typical location with little to no complaints. My only issue is that the shower head leaked and the front desk staff were less than friendly. Although they weren't rude, they were not at all inviting.

I work night shift and requested a later check out to allow for adequate sleep. The front desk staff told me the absolute latest check out was 11am. On my final day, I was about to break down and add another day to my staff just for a few more hours of sleep. The front desk staff this time informed me they could accommodate a 3pm check out for a small fee. I feel the first person I spoke with wasn't even interested in trying to help me. The room was decent, but the booking description stated basic kitchen utilities would be provided, which were not. The bed was the most uncomfortable that I can ever remember. I felt like I was sleeping on a cardboard box filled with newspaper. For this fact alone, I would not stay here again-I value my back too much!

Nothing to really rave about. Power went out at 4am, couldn't get ready in the dark so we checked out at 5am. Front desk doesn't seem to care much.

Clean. Well located. Close to everything we wanted to see and do.

The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay even though it was only for one night. If we came to town again, we would think about staying there again.

This hotel was ok, not great. The room was pretty clean, except for a stain on the rug. There was no information in the room regarding site amenities (they listed a workout room on their website) or local dining. The continental breakfast was sub par. The only fresh item was one bruised apple, everything else was processed.

Not bad for one night or two . The hotel doesn't clean the rooms every day unless we asks for, of course for a extra fee. The room smelled old but it was comfortable. I recommend this hotel only to sleep and leave the next day, not for several days. For a couples days it would begin to be uncomfortable the fact of not having clean towels every day and basically you'd have to clean up the room when you are tired. Honestly I'd rather pay $ 20 more at another hotel and enjoy all the amenities.

Stayed here at least 4 times in the last 2 months. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Even helpful with dinner suggestions and where to get a drink. Always stayed in one of the king rooms, I think the deluxe king twice and reg king once...I always book the day before so I just take whatever king is available. I think the room sizes are great and roomy. Always seems to be plenty of space for my boyfriend and I. Windows open which is especially great this time of year. Iknow they have a nice laundry room where my boyfriend did laundry once, not sure on amenities besides that... It's usually just a place for us to sleep.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but we were only there for a night so it was not a large problem. Staff was very nice though.

My stay was adequate considering it's an economy hotel. The room had an mildly offensive odor. The interior of the hotel and the room showed some wear and tear. The location was fine, the price was good, the free wifi was fast enough, and my stay was fine, nothing memorable.

It was okay. It's a decent hotel for the price paid.

First room that I was given was about 80 degrees and smelled like a Mexican restaurant. Second room was almost 90 degrees....had to open the window (winter night) to cool the room down. Maintenance was in the room the next day to repair toilet, which still didn't flush properly after the work was done. Also smelled like a smoking room, after that.

Didnt go as we planned this hotel needs that special something.

When I arrived I was given a queen sized bed but was confirmed for a King. The room was clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable.

Quiet enough, clean enough, and the price is right. Convenient to Milwaukee area and lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. Not all the amenities that you pay for at a nicer hotel, but that's why the price is right. Full kitchen was really nice to have so you didn't have to eat out all the time if you are staying for awhile.

decent for the cost. wouldn't stay here again though. toilet didn't work properly. some mold in the shower. bed was uncomfortable. the whole hotel had a weird smell to it. purchased candy from the hotel's "pantry" since there were no vending machines and it was expired. the only thing good about it was the two employees I interacted with were nice & check in and check out were quick and easy.

It was all pleasant enough except for two points. 1) The mattress and box springs made horrible noises every time I moved on the bed, and the mattress comfort wasn't super great. 2) Although the bathroom was clean, the caulking in the tub/shower had highly visible multiple black mildew spots.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The room's were clean and spacious with all the ammenities..... sofa and desk. The kitchen provided all the comforts that we needed to provide meals for our 3 small children.

I found this hotel to be excellent for value and comfort. The staff was extremely helpful in all of our request. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.

Very nice room, well appointed, enjoyed the in house laundry, no breakfast, nice location, previous renter had long black hair as it was still in the tub! Sad, as all else was great but it does make me wonder? The Brookfield Mall was a nice, close, visit. The whole area was nice, upscale.
