Parking was too EXPENSIVE!!! $50 per day and valet took a while before bringing vehicle!

The property was close to the beach and in a walkable area.

Location and amenities. Comfortable and quiet. Rooftop pool was like your own oasis.

The staff was very in tune to making sure I had a great stay

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Redbury. The hotel manager who checked us in made it clear she did not want our business. She wasn't rude - she just didn't make any attempt to welcome us. The roof-deck pool had several holes and the towels were dirty. We left for an entire day to return to an unclean room and no fresh towels, despite having made the "make up room" election . I called ahead to check on the affiliation to the SLS; the employee I spoke to confirmed that there was still an affiliation however we were informed otherwise upon arrival. The woman who checked us in told us we had access to the pool at the Delano - but when we got there, we were that we were not welcomed. My wife knew we were staying here and ordered a bottle to the room which never arrived. She called to follow up and no one cared to apologize for the oversight - they just brushed it off as another "oh well, we didn't do our job". Nothing about this trip was as advertised - which is disappointing because I heard positive things about this hotel before my stay. I make this trip yearly and would not consider my stay at the Redbury South Beach as 'enjoyable' or 'time well spent'.

The hotel had a updated 60’s theme with classic designs. Pictures of film and music stars on the walls. Little touches like record players and books in the rooms made it feel more relaxing. Modern architecture in the bathrooms let you know it is all current. Overall, a great experience. The one negative was the $100 per day hold on my credit card till I checked out that was not mentioned anywhere until checking in. Clearly meant to be a type of security deposit in case of room charges.

Painless, seamless experience. Readily accommodated for early check-in and late check-out. Clean, large rooms in a great location. would go back!

Ok. This hotel is nice & has a lot of potential! Most of the employees don't speak english. Which I would expect for the staff but not the front desk..... So communicating and little difficult at times...... Though they are apologetic for their lack of English and very friendly! The property for the most part is maintain! The deck on the pool needs so repairs! The rooftop pool was the main reason I picked this hotel. The pool is often freezing on sunny days. A heated pool would have been amazing! Since Miami weather is so unpredictable! The rooftop bar which is across the pool.....was open 1 of the 4 days we were there! Lol! And that only lasted about an hour due to rain........the free breakfast was crazy!

Nice, clean hotel nextdoor to a great 24-hour restaurant. The room and bathroom are large and comfortable. The vintage record player is a nice touch too. Note that the roof top pool is very small.

I love this hotel , the room was very beautiful and useful. Service was perfect. Beach just 3 minuets away from hotel . The pool area on 4 floor very nice , I love everything about this hotel . The only minus I found that the breakfast choice really poor , only eggs , croissant and yougurt . And everyday the same . Also the restaurant was open for breakfast only , and pool bar was close . Apart of that I really enjoy the stay .

Would def go back to Redbury. Breakfast and airport transfer included. Nice outdoor space with the roof deck and pool. Not crowded. Lovely restaurant attached. Really liked the access to SLS pool and beach. Good location to get to Lincoln Street, Art Deco area, Botanical gardens and quieter beaches at 20th and beyond. Also very convenient to the Citi Bikes which we enjoyed and used a lot

Boutique hotel with decent rooms (walls thin). Service fantastic. Just need to improve breakfast. But the service is so top notch, I can't imagine staying anywhere else

Spacious boutique hotel. The rooms are big, stylish, and comfortable. I will be staying here again on my next vacation.

We are so glad Orbitz chose this hotel. Very convenient to a lot of places. Very clean and friendly staff. If you need something, they are very responsive. I highly recommend this hotel. Housekeeping is wonderful. Front desk are very friendly. I give it a 5 rating!!!!

Thank you for staying with us! We are sorry valet was not convenient for you! We charge a standard $40 a day for 24 hour valet which is what most valets cost on South Beach. We understand that is not always feasible but we do have local lots on south beach for $4 an hour!
