The staff was very helpful. The resort had an amazing view!

Upon arrival the lobby area looks amazing. The elevators are really outdated and slow. We booked the executive suite with two balconies and both doors were broken. Room is in need of serious updates. There was really no control on resort guest and public beach users as they would use the pool beach and equipment while we're paying the resorts fees etc.

Wonderful for family with small children! Closed to stores, restaurants and a beautiful beach as back yard! Staff really friendly!

perfect for a quick get away. room was clean, location is excellent, the pier is awesome, the food at the Beach Bar was delicious.

The room is large and split on two parts - one part with sleeping sofa and the other with king size bed. Great hotel for family with kids - comfortable sleep for 4!

The Libby and common areas was great. The room was outdated and gloomy. The housekeeping staff was horrible. The only cleaned my room without incident two of the 5 days we stayed at the resort. The other three days we would return to the room between 3 and 4pm and the room still wouldn't be clean. Plus the cleaning was subpar. The hotel is on a great beach!

Good stay, bad wheather but all other things where great!

We have stayed here 3 times previously,and the same conditions with maid service. Checkin there are plenty of towels, etc. But as tie goes on the replacement don't follow. Soon there are no hand towels, washcloths, and floor mat. But 3-4 toilet rolls. Have to call or track down the cleaning persons. Will stay again.

This was a wonderful stay with this hotel, we cant wait to come back! The hotel looked exactly like the pictures on the website which is very uncommon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed over my birthday and they were able to give us a king bed which we didn't have and they gave us a high floor with a great "partial" view. The view was great and we enjoyed our room. The staff even sent in a fruit platter and a card to say happy birthday which i thought was very thoughtful and kind. The location was perfect. We were close by everything and the beach was RIGHT there. Very happy we picked this place!

My stay was okay. This is my third time at this hotel and I like that it is right on the beach and also has a good location. I booked two nights through Orbitz and when I checked in I was told that the only charge I would be responsible was $20/ day for parking (overpriced in my opinion) however on the morning of check-out I had a charge to my credit card for $275 which included 2 nights of the hotel stay and 2 nights parking. I immediately called down to the front desk and was told that I was incorrectly charged however it was pending so I will have the money back in a few days. However I still think this is ridiculous since the error was on their end not mine. The hotel is loud and there were always a lot of people in the lobby. The elevators seem like they take forever. I could hear everything from the next room over and sometimes found it hard to sleep. We were ready to enjoy the beach and we got there at 4:30 and were not even greeted by the workers, rather just told "the beach is closing at 5" No one seemed to be enthusiastic about working here. Overall I wasn't impressed with my stay and I don't plan on returning. I don't feel as any of the associates did anything here to make my stay great. I drove almost 4 hours from Orlando just to stay for two nights, but I don't think that I returned home with anything to brag about.

The only nice thing about this hotel is it's location. The quality of the customer service/housekeeping is very disappointing. The amount of amenities is minimal and staff is not well trained/educated about the importance of customer service. Housekeeping staff is rude and disrespectful.

We recently visited this hotel 04/13 - 04-17. The hotel is a beautiful hotel and the "back yard" with the ocean in it is a GREAT view. The pier was amazing at sunset. The room was decent even though it needs to be repainted. Our sink had chipped paint in it and a few walls in the bathroom as well. The cleaning staff was very nice and friendly and made sure the rooms were stocked and cleaned. The front desk staff was nice and friendly and always willing to help until it came time for check out and we needed to speak with manager. The manager had "disappeared" basically and we almost missed our flight after being told he would be right back. The concierge desk was what we had a problem with. They helped us book an excursion for the alligator tour but failed to inform us that the bus ride would be 1 hour 45 mins there, not including picking up other people, and then another hour ride on another bus before getting to the destination. We basically wasted an entire day on a bus and we had other plans that day besides riding a bus all day. We were told to ready & outside at noon the bus didn't come until 1230 and we didn't return back to our hotel until 6pm. When we did return we got the run around as to who to talk too and the lady at the concierge desk was just rude and basically didn't care about what happened. So we wasted time and money. The hotel was suppose to have jet skiing in the back but within the time we were there we couldn't enjoy that because it wasn't available.

I stayed at this hotel for one day & night prior to a scheduled cruise. My experience was poor. The pool, lobby, and beach were all overcrowded. Kids were running rampant with little supervision and the hot tub probably 15 people when there should've been only 5. There were two people at the front desk trying to manage everything and were overwhelmed. They also charged a "resort fee" of $15, (2) beers at the bar cost $18 (18% gratuity on everything), beach chairs umbrellas and cabanas all have to be rented, and even to store you bags at the front desk before and after costs $5 / bag. I also ended up waiting for 10 minutes in the lobby for someone to assist me and talked to some other people who were equally disappointed. Also, a trip to the airport costs $64, I decided to take Uber for $40 instead. The interior hallways of the hotel looked very derelict, but the interior of the rooms were nice. The balconies are small and very close to another. The chairs on them are the cheapest lawn chair you can imagine, so watching the sunset (also because your neighbors conversation and person below you is playing music) to the sounds of the ocean was impossible. Lastly, I did not use the spa or restaurant as there were plenty of cheaper options nearby. In summary, I don't recommend this resort, spend the extra money and stay some place that values you.

Good short stay before cruise during spring break.

We did not get the room I originally booked and had to cram all 3 kids in one bed.
