This house is perfect for entertaining: the new kitchen has exquisite design including bespoke wood cabinets, a subzero fridge, a gas range stove and a beautiful quartzite island with lots of storage. It also has a custom bar area with antique mirror and a wine fridge. The home has a full outdoor summer kitchen. Large size Italian porcelain floors, 2 A/C zones, 2 water heaters, impact windows throughout, top of the line double garage doors, new plumbing, new electrical panel and wiring, new drain-field and a gym bonus room. It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, 5 minutes to the University of Miami, Whole Foods, ample restaurants & shopping areas like CocoWalk and the Dadeland Mall. 10 minutes away from Matheson Hammock Park for water sports, an open marina and a beautiful ocean front restaurant.
