No elevator, so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage don’t stay here unless guaranteed a first floor. Pictures are very old. No pool. The rooms were falling apart…there was a hole in the wall to the outside, the inside wall was cracking, and if next to the atrium you will hear full conversations at all hours of the night and smell the pot being smoked. Staff was nice, breakfast was fine, but overall wouldn’t stay here again unless it was the only last minute option.

As expected, it was a very nice stay. The room was indeed small but it was clean and had everything you needed for a pleasant short stay. The airport shuttle was easy and I’d definitely consider staying again.

This is an old hotel recently purchased by Wyndham. The rooms are small and only partially updated. We were in Miami during a cold spell (outside temps in the low 40s) and the room had no heat. We needed two blankets to sleep. The breakfast was good and the free airport shuttle was good.

Let me start by saying the staff was EXCELLENT - they were facing a flood of tired travellers bumped from their flights and handled several days worth of these challenges with grace, compassion and competence. The hotel itself is a decaying dump that Wyndam has paid pennies to rebrand and ignored massive infrastrucure problems with a coat of cheap paint and vinyl banners. It's obvious they've chosen to rip off travellers by misleading them with corporate branding and delivering a hotel that Tom Waits would be thrown out of.

They said no rooms are available when I arrived even though I pay in advance, they gave me a room though Hotel has no elevator so one has to carry your luggage up stairs. Shuttle only works till 10 pm so I had to Uber to hotel 👎

The staff behind the desk are great: courteous, helpful, pleasant, and everything was clean. But the facility itself is VERY tired and almost looks a little dilapidated: The walls are so thin that the person in the room next to us was able to use his remote to turn on OUR tv at 1:30 in the morning. The bathroom was poorly tiled, and the toilet was so close to the wall that you had to sit on it diagonally. It took a VERY long time to get hot water in the shower, and the shower head was so close to the wall that a 6 foot person couldn’t fit under it. The ramp in the hallway was either poorly supported or rotting, because it was noticeably soft as you walked on it. Not every room had a refrigerator: the desk clerk had to juggle things around to find a room with a refrigerator for us. Given that I paid $130+ per night for the room, I expected something that was a little better maintained.

Hello, I am writing regarding my stay at the Atrium Hotel in Miami on Sunday. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was clearly occupied with another guest’s personal belongings, which was extremely alarming and a serious privacy and safety concern. After returning to the front desk, I was issued another room key that did not work, requiring yet another trip back to the desk. Only after a third room assignment was I able to access my room. This series of errors caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and raised significant concerns about guest safety and room management procedures. I believe compensation is warranted given the severity of the experience, and I am requesting a partial refund or travel credit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yes The hotel is good but one thing as soon as you walk in it smell sour as mold present from entrance. When walking through hall way u can smell it mold smell. Also you have non smoking room but other guest are smoking weed n its all in the hallway? I did not see any security on the premises. If we have seen security present and I did not smell like mold , as that I get sinuses n start sneezing when I smell mold . Everything else was fine. The stay for the price was great for the exception of those issue I mentioned. Thank you

I was so disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I thought I was staying at a Wyndham and it was not. That hotel was two doors down. They advised a hotel shuttle. I called and waited two hours for a shuttle. I make it to the hotel and my room isn’t ready. I had a queen double bed room. The first room had no heat and it was freezing cold. It was colder in the room than outside. When I went to tell the front desk, they sent “maintenance” to the room, he said the heat didn’t work. I thought they would automatically change my room, they don’t. Did I mention the only option was to climb two flights of stairs. When I went to talk to front desk, she told me the hotel was sold out and in order to get into another room, they would need to cancel other people reservations, I’m sorry I’m not sleeping in a cold room. They finally found me a room and the bathroom had mold. I don’t know what type of “mattress” they have on this “bed” but it was the worst sleep ever. Breakfast was waffles, sausage, cereal and toast. It wasn’t worth it at all.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. The room seemed crowded: the bathroom toilet leaked (they didn’t seem to care): the shower was old and looked like mold: the tv turned off after a couple of hours unless I paid for it: the airport shuttle took over an hour to pick us up despite numerous calls.
