This hotel should be condemned, horrendous conditions

Bathroom was dirty and not use able, water was only cold , the room smelled horrible and only smelled like drugs. Service was so unprofessional. No wifey service available and housekeeping staff was so rude and disrespectful. The address was very confusing. Over all very unsatisfactory

The Hotel sold my reservation to another guest. I had to take a cab there to find out. Orbitz was unable to solve the problem and I was forced to sleep in the airport after paying for another cab to get back.

A dirty place with a terrible smoking smell all around

The desk clerk was courteous and kind. My room was clean and the hot water and air conditioning was nice. That was all I needed since I was staying there for one night.

Room filled with flies and Roaches Pool was absolutely filthy and looks like it barely get cleaned.

The room smelled like cigarettes, the carpet was dirty, the toilet was loose, there was no airport shuttle available despite its automated voice service saying otherwise and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The only good thing was that the front desk lady was very polite and friendly.

The rooms were dirty and old. The door was broken and flimsy. I didn't feel safe at all.

Not the best location but it was fine for my husband and I. Only stayed one night to go on a cruise the next day. Bed was uncomfortable and had a big dip in the middle so we kept migrating to the middle of the bed. Only had one towel to dry off for two people. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re picky or staying more than one night.

Waited 45 min for a room to be available. The room was filthy, halfworking a/c, toilet didnt work. Would NOT recommend this hotel

The location is really good, the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room however needs to be refurbished, the carpets are dirty and I didn't want to put my foot down on it .The lighting in the room was inadequate.There was a weird smell , again i think its because of the capet or cleaning products used there.When departing I waited for the shuttle to the airport and he said there was no space left after he took some passengers, so after waiting i still had to get an uber to the airport at an additional cost to myself.

I read all the reviews and was skeptical about staying there. One of the things I must agree with was it seems like to me there’s a lot of strippers that was staying there, I’m not sure what was going on but it had one to many around. I got a room with a king size bed and I must say my room was very clean, I’ve read about the bathrooms in deplorable condition mines wasn’t . The lobby could take some new furnitures, there was a Mc Donald’s about 3 mins away walking distance, there’s also a convenience store right next door which was good too. I think the rooms in the building is where your problems are so if you have to stay ask for a room outside. Overall I must say I was happy staying there.

The location was excellent and the staff was polite and courteous. The place itself needs a massive remodeling job. The room smelled bad and it was because of the extremely old carpet. You could smell the mold in the air. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off the ceiling so who knows how old it was. The pillows smelled bad so I don’t think they’ve been washed in a while. The property management company needs to take better care of this place.

bad experience. the room was dirty. staff service was not good. they forgot to change towels, didnt apologize, room was dirty, phone never worked, tv was blurry. absolutely terrible experience.

The employee did not give me good directions to the room and it took me quite a while to find it as it was in the back of a building with odd numbering. The room was not nice, there was lipstick on pillow case and a couple bugs crawling around, and it seemed generally dilapidated.

Not the best location but it was fine for my husband and I. Only stayed one night to go on a cruise the next day. Bed was uncomfortable and had a big dip in the middle so we kept migrating to the middle of the bed. Only had one towel to dry off for two people. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re picky or staying more than one night.
