Rooms and lobby are not at all as shown in pictures. Towels were rundown. Area is a bit sketchy. Overall cleanliness was lacking. I didn’t stay. Front desk staff was understanding when I told them why I was checking out not even 10 minutes later and refunded me.

The room was in the older part of the hotel. The cable TV did not work. It took a long time to get hot water in the shower, with very little water flow. The ice machines did not work. The free airport and cruise port shuttles were an advantage.

The room had a musky smell, the toilet wasn’t working properly, the light in the closet was not working, had to manually loosen the light bulb to shut off and tightened the bulb to turn on. We were there for five days and had at most 5 hours of WiFi, went to the front office at least 3 times to see what was the problem and finally gave me a room closer to the front office to see if that helped…it didn’t. I know this is not a five star hotel but for the money we spent we expected a better experience.

The staff was nice, the sink was cracked, the toilet was clogged, lobby had a weird odor to it, floor boards were separating in the room, the deadbolt in the room did not work, the room and hallways were dark and dingy.
