The only thing that I liked about this hotel was the shuttle service, other than that, the bed was uncomfortable, no hot water, dirty, and the back door was not locked and homeless person was standing by the door so it offered no security.

While I understand that the staff was doing their best given the circumstances created by the mass flight cancelations, however there is no reason that a room should be provided to a guest without the basic amenity of clean towels and wash clothes. When I went down to the front desk, they also had no spare towels available. Once I gave up on having the ability to shower, i went back to my room and discovered that there were bugs everywhere. The bugs were so bad that I had to put all of my belongings on the desk to ensure that the bugs did not crawl into my luggage and shoes. The bugs were even on the headboard, which made it difficult for me to sleep. The last concern was with the airport shuttle. With all of the flight issues, the hotel was not prepared to get the guests to the airport for their flights in the morning. The staff also did not inform guests on the correct location for shuttle pick up causing a large group of us to miss the 7am shuttle. Since shuttles only come once per hour, the guests then had to rely on rideshare apps to get to the airport when one of the only perks of this hotel was the free transportation to the airport.
Check-in staff and security guard were so much fun. Guys I’d like to hang around with (1:30am check-in).

I stood at room 129. I had now wifi, the toilet was clog and the rest room bathtub drain was full of hair. I talked to the front desk several time they said I can’t talk to the manager. Also, I wanted to extend for one more night and they told me in rude way that I better to check out and not to extend because the fare is double and that I’m not happy with the stay. Front desk was very rude and manager was not available.

This “hotel” is simply disgusting the carpets need cleaning the floor needs cleaning The furniture needs upgrade. The internet only works I’m the lobby. The tv did not worked the water was cut un the morning This is by far the worse experience I’ve had in my entire life.
This hotel should be shut down. The carpets are soiled badly. The phone in the room is from 1993! The tv is from 2003. The cable provided awful. The linen on the bed was questionable. The website states that the hotel has Wi-Fi, but it is only available in the LOBBY!! What a joke. My room was on the second floor. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR!! The smell of the hotel is like an old grandma's house from the 1960's. The first room given to me was so bad I asked for a different room. They then changed me to another room which was just a small upgrade. Pictures that was suppose to be on the wall was on the floor. There was mold on the curtains in the room. The bathtub was broken and not cleaned. The did not provide the standard soap, shampoo, conditioner or lotion. If it was not 1AM I would have gotten my money back and stayed somewhere else. I had to be at the port at 9am. I still want my money back. This was my first and last terrible experience with Days Inn by Wyndham. IF THEY OFFER YOU A CHEAP PRICE!!!!! RUNNNNNNN IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!!! The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that they have a free shuttle to the port and the airport. BUT!! The driver of the Shuttle pressures you into tipping them when that is what they are paid to do!!! ugh!!! PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE FUSTRATION!!! Go somewhere else. The Radisson Red Miami Airport Hotel is not that far and is less than 6 months old. This new trendy hotel is really great. I was being punked.

Can you say cockroaches and filthy r9m? Not to mention no elevator to 2nd floor? Absolutely horrid!
The room and that block had no connection to wifi at all. The floor was really dirty and had hair all over it when we arrived as if it was not cleaned.The telephone in the room does not work. The room smelled of cigarettes for a non smoking room. There’s literally a gap between the door and the floor boards so you saw the shadows of the people walking past at night and light from the parking lot and walkway
Property was old and lots of the insides of the room was falling apart, molding, carpet, paint etc however i believe there in the process of remodeling but hasnt gotten to the building we were in. Front desk was fast and friendly.
This property should not be open for business. It is need of remodeling and repairs. Did i mention roaches.. I was very disappointed to say the least. I'm very surprised they are on Orbitz list.
