I love the Outdoor swimming pool. Best part of the stay.

Wow we've stayed at bad hotels before but this one's way up there. Let's start with the bathroom!!! Faucet wasn't attached to the sink. I have video but can't post it here. WiFi that's a joke wasn't ever able to connect. Not once the whole time we were there. Carpet was disgusting actually smelled moldy and made your feet black. Probably a huge health hazard with the humidity and possibly mold. Our neighbors were up till 3 am drinking and having a great time on the picnic benches out front of our room. Great for them bad for us. Wouldn't stay here again even if it was free. Wyndham should really look into this property. If I could give it negative stars I would.Ok

I cancelled based on false advertising of facilities and saftey for my family. I was not to be charged and told that no hold would be placed on my card upon reserving yet I have a 3-7 day hold that has been put on my card but reversal will take 3-7 business days which Is creating hardship on my family. I want a representative from orbitz to call me immediately and correct this situation with an immediate funds reversal and I want orbitz to immediately cease all business with this hotel as they are falsely advertising location and amenities and it’s a very unsafe location with people washing cars in the parking lot who appear they are on prison work release.

Eventhough there are only 2 floors to this hotel, there is no elevator. If you have big bags the stairs are not your friend.

The property as a whole was run down and dirty. All the hallways smelled like smoke (cigarettes and weed).

The carpets are filthy. Our room reaked of pot the whole day i complained and it seemed to subside. They apologized but they didnt have another room to move me to. Its next to the airport so very noisy. The staff were nice. The pool is large but old and there was garbage floating in it at one point. I did not use it. No elevators. I asked for bottom floor weeks ahead and they could not accomidate us. Ok place to have a clean bed to lay your head but nothing interesting and the area is not very touristy which is what we wanted. Very busy not many places to walk to.

Requested a rollaway told it was inroom if not please call front desk. No bed and phone didn’t work. Was told they hadn’t had rollaways for months but it is on their website. Place was dirty and loud will never stay here again

very dirty place. i wouldn’t stay there again. i couldn’t even buy a bottle of water. they told me to get it from the gas station nearby. the bathroom was in very bad condition.

It is a very old hotel. Very practical to be for a night or couple because it is very close to the airport and the service (transportation) is excellent. The room still have a very ugly and disgusting carpet, every noise is very audible. Shits and cover bed old and ugly. Good customer service at the reception. Fair! Needs lits of up grades!

Overall the hotel was okay. The only thing that kept my score from being a 4 or more across the board was the parking situation. The hotel itself is comprised of 3 or four two level buildings placed in a staggered alignment on the property, creating parking areas for each. The hotel was very busy while I was there, which is a good thing, however there was a definitive shortage of parking space. Come 10pm, not only were all the normal spots full, guests were forced to park in the center of the parking lot in a row, just to fit. Although everyone had just enough room to maneuver, anyone with less than good close quarter driving skills could easily get into a jam. Perhaps angling the parking spots would make better use of the space or at the very least make it easier for everyone to maneuver.
