I had to change rooms three times roaches in my first room, television didn’t work in the second room, and it was just dirty also I have pictures of everything the third room the tile on the floor was sunk in, and I was just tired of being put in something that was as bad as the first, I will not sleep in the bed fear of taking something on my cruise, I’m just exhausted with everything I feel like this has ruined my vacation!!!!!

The hotel was fine for its category. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a quiet stay. Overall, the hotel was well-kept and the staff was friendly. It is also conveniently located near shops and very close to the airport. The main issue I had was with the pool: it was dirty, with hair extensions and false eyelashes floating in the water, as well as a lot of plant debris at the bottom. I wanted to take a swim, but after walking around and seeing all that dirt, I lost interest. The water didn’t even seem to be chlorinated. Other than that, the hotel was just average.

The airport shuttle was good and we enjoyed the pool and the close walking distance to the gas station convenience store and Mc Donald's. The room was ok, the beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep for our overnight stay, however there was no hot water in the shower on the evening we checked in and again the following morning and the phone was not working so I could not call the front desk. There was no ice in the ice machine or water in either of the two vending machines. Overall there is definitely room for improvement.

It’s cheap and close to the airport. Don’t bank on the free shuttle service they offer. The front desk told us the shuttle to the airport runs every hour which is a long time to begin with and when we tried to get on the 11am shuttle we were told they were full and that we had to wait for the 12pm. We ended up having to Uber so we could arrive at the airport on time. The room had small beetles under the mattress and a roach was found in the bathroom.

During check out a customer was calling the police to report a break in in his room. The guy got into his room and had a gun to his head. The front desk person (a young guy) was very nonchalant about the situation. The two girls that were apart of the situation came in requested a room key and wasn’t checked for an id or anything. This is very poor performance of a front desk staff and I deem the location unsafe for any guest if front desk staff just give keys out.
