Corridor rugs stained and very dirty. Almost zero food available for “free continental breakfast”. Front desk ran out of paper slips with wi-fi access info and there was no backup wi-fi access info at front desk…this caused me complications with dialing my laptop into a business meeting

I checked in around 4 pm ish. 1 room for 4 adults a standard bed with a pull out sofa bed. When I notice in my room their wasn’t an extra bed linens for the sofa bed and I went downstairs to ask Guest services . The young lady stated they were washing all off the bed sheets and I would have to wait . I told her we were all going out and she could please just placed them in my room once done. When I arrived that night around 12 midnight , the sheets were not in my room. I went down to Guest services and another young lady said I would need to wait 1 hr because she wasn’t done and the coworker before her shift did not wash the bed linens. I explain my family and I were tired and I couldn’t wait 1 hour until she was done. She told me that technically I’m not supposed to get them because I only paid for a standard room with 1 bed . I got really upset and told her NO! I paid for 1 room with 4 adults which is why I was given the option to choose a room with a sofa bed that opens up and that I should be able to get sheets because otherwise the other 2 adults have to sleep on the floor or the mattress springs with no linens and I asked for a manager! She called her on the phone who then directed her to get cleans sheets from another storage room that had extra sheets! Had I not insisted on bed sheets and to speak to management my kids would off slept on the floor or a dirty stain mattress with no covers!

I think everything has been great a great place to stay overnight especially after Cruz and I love that they have the amenities almost like a small apartment where there’s like a kitchen in the fridge and like a microwave and stuff to eat food and left those and stuff so it was great and plus they have like a washer and dryer

upon arrival, though the clerk was cordial i did not receive or get an offer for the kitchen supplies. other Extended stays I have used would have those supplies in the room. here i had to return to the desk and request them. when the clerk took me to the room containing them I WAS GIVEN DIRTY PLATE CUP AND UTENSILS as none were washed. my room number was 331, which is far from the elevator, so i used the stairs. that stair well has a very worn rug and was not cleaned the entire 6 days i used it. there was debris , and the rug was dirty. I parked near the exit in the well, so as not to have to walk all the way around and that door never, never worked. i noticed some people let items in the door so that it would not lock. the key mechanism never worked a safety issue. the desk staff always smiled and were cordial even when saying sorry. The 2nd floor fitness room is a shameful offering. the room has only 3 machines, and two of them were broken. i did not have the energy to test the middle machine, the stair master. .
