Very nice location, safe. There's a Denny's, Whole Foods, Walgrreens, Game Stop and Panera all within a 3 min walk. The hotel itself is "Meh." No frills, nothing special. If we're being honest, it's a 6 out 10.

First time I went to my room. The key(card) didn’t work. Had to go back down to replace. This happened almost 6 times through out my stay. Very upsetting.

The room the service in spite of covid all was great.

I chose to stay at this hotel is because it was close to my destination of the family members I wanted to visit. The hotel was very clean so no complaints about that. checking in was very good. My main Issue was the fact that my hotel key wasn't working. I was given 2 keys for my room. Within 30 mins of me arriving at the hotel, the key would not work. So I went to front desk and the Lady there gave me a new set of key. When I got upstairs it was the same issue throughout my stay. I was so irritated and annoyed. I had to constantly keep trying over and over again. Imagine it being late and wanting to sleep and your key not working smh. BAD!!!! Second issue was waking up and trying to get breakfast and when I got to the lounge, there was only one Lady there. This woman looked as if she was in her 80's. Theres no reason as to why someone that old is in the kitchen cooking. she was very slow and I ended up going across the street to Dennys' to get some food. I couldn't believe it. hotel makes too much money for the short of staff. On Top of that, there were No towels by the pool area. took 1 hour and 30minutes to get some room service. when I called to order some food and it was that SAME old lady that picked up and told me that the kitchen was busy because she was catering to a group of people that came into the hotel for some kind of event. I need some credit or partial refund for this stay. Would not come back again to this Hotel. SO Disappointing!!!!!!

Excelent location!!! Everything was clean!! Pool was amazing, nice gym area

I liked that the booking process was very easy. I liked that as soon as my room was ready, the hotel staff called me to let me know. I liked the front desk woman Tangela, she was the best part of our stay. She was very friendly and made our stay welcoming. I did not like that the cleaning staff always asked to clean our room, even when we had the privacy card on the doorknob. I clean my own room very well and do not need anybody to clean for extra tips. Every time we walked out of the room to enjoy our vacation, the cleaning ladies asked to clean the room. They kept peaking at the door when we walked back into our hotel and kept looking at the sign which said we needed privacy. I don’t know why. I enjoyed the amenities at the hotel. The pool was great. The vending machines had various choices. Overall the room was very clean. The microwave was useful and so was the fridge. The price for the room was amazing with the deals from Orbitz. I’m glad the hotel had this room available. The space was sufficient and if I were to ever visit the same state I would choose this place again. The hotel was in a prime shopping location and I’m glad it wasn’t overpriced. I had a great experience with Orbitz and I plan to use the coupons offered by Orbitz again in the future.

Check in and out was very quick and efficient. The ladies who checked us in were very pleasant and gave us great restaurant recommendations in the area.

Check in was fast and our room was clean. I would come back next time

The staff was courteous and very helpful. I was there for work and they placed me in a room that was quiet and convenient. Will go back if my work takes me there again.

It is close to daughters college, pool is nice, rooms are very clean and spacious,. Vending machines on all levels need updated

Oh no! That's quite unfortunate. Please accept our apologies. No hotel is exempt from technology glitches; however, its good practice to keep the hotel key cards away from cellphones and wallets as this may cause the keycards to become demagnetized. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

Dear Anonymous, We value your opinion and are truly disappointed we did not meet your expectations, unfortunately it looks like we are not able to retrieve your information as you posted this review as anonymous. Apologies for your breakfast unsatisfactory experience, I will share your concern with the manager of the restaurant, the "old" lady that you met at the restaurant. we are very glad you could have your breakfast in a nearby place.
