I've stayed at several Best Western Plus hotels before, and they were all excellent, but this one was bad. The bathroom toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned; the employee said it was just a stain at the bottom. The floor was stained, the shower water was only lukewarm on a winter night. The carpet looked dirty and had a strong odor. The air conditioner was an old machine that made noise all night. I had to keep it turned off at night. The staff didn't seem to have much experience in dealing with and resolving problems. It's a shame, because I had spoken so highly of the hotel chain to my companions. It was a disappointment.
