This hotel assistant manager refused to give me a room with a balcony and the ac on one side of the room and u couldnt feel it... and the temperature only goes to 66 on a low low speed level

Always clean.

This is an amazing hotel. Consistently clean and front desk staff always welcoming. I have been staying here every time I visit North Miami for many years. On this stay I had dealings with Ishmael, Rex, Anastasia and Cassie. All exceptionally friendly and helpful. The mall across the street is a plus as well.
