This beautiful beach front condo is located near Harbor, FL. It is fully furnished and also has access to a private/dedicated Gym, heated pool, and jacuzzi. The private residence also have access to hotel amenities such as the hotel pools, hotel gym, hotel restaurants, beach cabana service, room service, and the hotel spa. The condo is a 3500 sq feet living area, four bedrooms, 3,5 bath, all modern hightech renovated each with their own bathrooms, closets and balconies with Beautiful views. In addition, we have a huge living area, enormous beach front balcony, kitchen, dining area, guest bathroom, and also work space. Various Hotel are located directly across the street near the fabulous Bal Harbor Mall with dozens of designer shops, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and several amazing restaurants, including Hillstone.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
