The room seen bug first night a baby roach , then no replacement tissue in bathroom

I registered and paid for one more night of a 3 night stay. Housekeeping knocked on the door at check out time of my first stay informing me that it was check out time and I needed to leave. I got it worked out with management but it was very disturbing.

The bathtub was dirty and the desk char had a missing caster which was a safety issue. Just glad when my wife sat in it she did not fall over and hit the floor. The staff was very nice, and there a good choice at breakfast.

Our heater did not work. Our toilet seat was completely loose. My 90 yr old Mom could barely sit on the seat. There were streaming babies. Kids running up and down the hall all night. I informed the front desk. They did nothing.

If you and/or your family are arriving late and leaving early then the beds here are comfortable and the staff is friendly. Other than that, the flooring was slanted and warped in our room. I can't speak for all rooms but specifically our room. I assume it is from the previous flooding as the toilet in the room worked backward. From my experience, when you flush a toilet the water goes down and then refills itself for additional use, seems pretty typical of indoor plumbing. Well, this toilet while already full pours more water into the toilet bowl causing it to overflow. It then drains to a level that appears to be normal causing a new guest to think it looks fine. It's not. Staff found another room to use the restroom, but needing to walk down the hall to shower (I didn't mention that part) or use the toilet is strange to me.

The staff was friendly. Beyond that I found the experience fairly disappointing. The lobby furniture looked shoddy. The elevator seemed uncertain. When I got to my room the door was jammed and took considerable force to open it. In the room, there was a smell of mildew. The shower had dirt and residue on the floor. The water pressure was little more than a drip. The floor throughout the whole room was wet, as if it had condensation on it, and it was uneven in several areas with the imitation tile peeling off. Overall I would choose to spend more to go to a different hotel in the area if I were have business there again.

This place was filthy and made no apology about it. Our room reeked of mold and mildew. The draw had mold growing on it and the bible was making a science experiment. The bathroom was disgusting. Our first room was not even cleaned. Desk lady made no apology and seemed inconvenienced by having to find us another room. I can not believe how bad this place was.

First room I was placed in smelled very strongly like mold.

The front staff was friendly but this property was extremely dirty, smelly and moldy. Everything in our room was literally wet. There was mold all over the curtains, artwork, water damage to the armoire, mold and stains all over the towels, sheets, and even ironing board. We asked to change rooms to see if a different room was better and it was just as dirty and unclean. The bathtub/shower area was rusted and the bathtub was black. We noticed a dehumidifier in our 2nd floor hallway and downstairs on the first floor they were ripping up carpets and dehumidifiers were everywhere. No one informed us of flooding or other issues so I don’t know what was going on but I do not recommend staying here. It was pretty miserable and unfortunately other hotels in the area were too full for us to switch.

I’ve stayed at this hotel about 1 year ago and had the best experience but this last experience on 5/18/2018 was very disappointing. Nice staff and the room was clean but the cigarette smoke was overwhelming. This hotel is considered a non smoking hotel but when I walked into my room, I was very displeased. It smelled as if someone has been chain smoking in that room for weeks. I went to the front desk to ask for any kind of fragrance air spray but that still didn’t take away the odor. They had a card in the room to remind you about a $150 charge if you smoke in the rooms but obviously no one implements this charge. I will not go back. I am anon smoker and that was the worst experience ever.

Stay was good. No problems. Room was good, Shower was very good.

I called from the airport and they managed to get my room ready ahead of normal check in time as I had hours to wait otherwise. Rooms were clean and well stocked. My only complaint was that the air conditioner did not seem to remove the humidity as well as I would have liked. I had an issue with the iron and was brought a brand new one in the box within minutes. Every staff member I came across was super friendly and helpful. I was truly amazed that they all seemed to be happy to have me as a guest. Breakfast was well stocked with a great variety.

Horrible experience! Charged for a night I didn't book or stay and refuses to refund! Now have to dispute with bank. Renate, the front desk person was rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. But since the owner Sabita is the same only worse, it's no wonder her staff is incompetent and unprofessional! The owner hung up on me only after telling me the issue is my problem and she had another customer to take care of. Filing a complaint with Choice Hotels.

Nice breakfast buffet, friendly staff, great location. Very comfortable beds.

Room was suppose to be non-smoking with king size bed. The room had strong smoking odor and seemed somewhat small. Hotel would not offer new room due to being full. We stayed 3 nights and they did not offer to change rooms. All other amenities were good. Good breakfast choices. Close to eating and shopping. Indoor pool looked good.

Very clean hotel. Good location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel for two days for a conference in Memphis and I think it was an "ok"stay. Blankets, towels and comforters had a really strong Chlorine smell like they used a lot of bleach while cleaning them. The staff was nice. Breakfast was ok, thought the area was quit small.
