Beautiful hotel, very nice room with a comfortable bed

Exceptional historic hotel in downtown Marquette. The gentlemen who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 510 with a view of the ore dock, St. Peter’s Cathedral, and Marquette Mountain. There really isn’t anything better! The pub was open and our bartender was excellent. I can’t wait for the top floor restaurant renovation to be completed!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price I expected it to be cleaner - there were spiders on the ceiling and mold under the trash bag. Room was a little run-down with scuffs and stains. It seems like an old school converted to a hotel, masquerading as a 4 star hotel when in reality it is 2.5 stars at best.

Was very excited to show my boyfriend the exciting town that is Marquette. I was also excited to finally stay at the historic Landmark Inn, but ultimately it fell very short me. I regularly stay at the Hampton Inn Waterfront and I would recommend staying there instead. We arrived at 2:05PM in the hopes that a room might be ready and it wasn’t which is understandable, but the front desk person referenced that our room was still “dirty” and in the time of Covid wasn’t the best way to deliver that message. Furthermore, we were not even offered to hold our bags until a room opened. The worst, we arrived back to the hotel at 8 and were looking forward to our meal at the piedmont and only to be greeted at the entrance by a waiter who told us we would not get served tonight do to kitchen issues. I’m understanding, but as a guest paying $350 a night, I should be able to count on purchasing a meal within their operating hours. Stay at the Hampton Inn.

Not worth the price - no amenities. Hotel is clean and nice but at over $250 a night - not again.

Friendly staff, bery good Covid response. Closed rooftop bar, lobby bar, gym—understandable, but would be nice to have them open

Enjoyed stay here as always. Great service and staff was great.

Beds were very comfortable. Resturants were great

Friendly staff. Clean room and upgraded bath products. Like that this place some rooms with info on histrical figures.

Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. A nice view of the lake too!

beautiful Inn, wish they had a gift shop; they missed the mark for historical significance; even a postcard stating the history of the Inn would have been nice. Also, only one bar of soap in the bathroom.
