Every year for my daughter's birthday since she was 12 we've let her invite a few friends to come swim and stay the night. It has always been perfect. Thank you for making her sweet 16 yet another perfect afternoon and evening!
I've stayed here several times, and it is always a pleasant stay. The dining options and quality are great, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is very convenient.

The property is very nice and clean and conveniently located in proximty to NMU. We have stayed here several times and are very happy with the staff, location, property and amenties.
Very easy to get in and out by car, but also very easy access to the Iron Ore Heritage Trail on foot.

Restaurant was fabulous -- staff and food. Pool was nice, but over-crowded and too deep for young children. Room was fairly clean, but not thoroughly. Hair on toilet seat upon arrival. Candy and extra remote next to beds by nightstand. Front desk staff very friendly. Parking was ample.
While rooms were nice, the room was fairly small and expensive compared to where we would usually stay while visiting the area.
Rwally like that the whole place was redone. Nice common area and room. Wished they had something for breakfast. Kinda disappointing.

I did not like the unexplained charges from orbitz. Base price was 120. Special price was 132. I figured out on my own that meant there was a breakfast. At the orbitz check out I discovered a $10 extra person fee. The person at the motel said that was for a second person having breakfast. This was unexplained by the orbitz site. I am disappointed in orbitz.
I was in Marquette for Homecoming. The HI was great as was the weekend. Staff was particularly good!!
This hotel was by far way more than we could have ever expected! It was beautiful and well maintained. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. The pool room was unbelievable!!! I have stayed at plenty of hotels and never have I seen a pool room like this! Beautiful place!! If I ever travel back to Marquette, this is the place I will stay again, hands down!
Although pricey for a regular hotel room, we were comfortable here while moving our son into NMU. They have a parent's reward program - smart marketing! We will be back soon and utilize this program for a discount on our stay!

I love that our hotel has such a rustic back yard area. It's not out of the ordinary to see wild life coming into the courtyard for a little respite.
