On the second floor, a spacious living area with a loft and sectional couch offers direct balcony access, where you can take in breathtaking views of the canal, lanai, and Marco Island. The master bedroom features a king bed, television, an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a luxurious soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, as well as direct balcony access to enjoy the water views. The third floor is a kid’s paradise, featuring a bunk room with two bunk beds (four twin beds) and access to the fourth-floor observation deck, where you’ll experience stunning panoramic views of the island and waterways.
