The two queen beds were very comfortable, the linens and towels were high quality. The room was a good size. The check-in and check-out were easy and the hotel offers ...

We stayed here because of a work conference for my husband. The hotel staff was very friendly and the bar and restaurant was good. The decor is a little dated but we were told it will be going under a renovation in the near future. We liked the fact that it was within walking distance for restaurants ...
On entering, smelled heavy cigarette smoke, light switches hard to figure out (there were 4 at door), TV couldn't be shut off (blue glare) we turned it around so we could sleep. Bathroom light was on. Thought with TV on and bathroom light on someone was in room. Couldn't figure out how to turn shower ...

We had a great stay! This hotel is very convenient to Universal Studios. The property is very well cared for and there is great attention to detail. We had great interactions with numerous staff members. 100% recommend! Great value.
We loved staying here! It was so close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was great and facility was more than we imagined it being!
Great location for visiting universal studios! Loved the breakfast, will come back again next time.
We really enjoyed our night stay at this location. The staff was great and even the shuttle service was perfect and saved us money on having to take a cab/Uber to and from for our night out. Our room and bed were very comfortable....it was our first time staying at a Hilton and we loved it.
