Property location is ok, service is ok. Good thing close to airport.
Best hotel I’ve stayed in in a long time. Great amenities. Affordable. Will recommend to everyone and will stay here again.
Stayed at New World for 3 nights/4 days with my adult daughter. We were both impressed by the amount of attention we received from all the staff. All were very pleasant and always had a pleasant greeting. The hotel lobby is absolutely gorgeous!!! The rooms are very clean. The location is so perfect!! ...
The reminder for checkout at 1000am woke me up before my wake up call at 1100am
Awesome location near the airport in Makati. Makati was pretty and clean by Manila standards. Hotel and room were good and staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well so room was never got cool.
