This is our usual hotel when staying in Manila, but i'm seriously thinking about changing that .First when we arrived the hand towels were missing . So i called housekeeping. The girl said she would send someone up with the towels . That never happened. Got lucky that housekeepers were just outside our room when we stepping out for the evening . Their pool attendants are not trained properly & tend to slack off . Getting on an elevator this trip was an experience. The hotel is small with only 2 elevators & no service elevator for their staff . This trip it took so long to getting on an elevator . They were all filled , way too crowded

Overall I was not pleased with this property. I chose this based on other people's reviews and I must say I am not sure how it was rated so highly. The #1 saving grace for this hotel was staff. Each and every staff member was superb. I booked a 2 hpur massage in my room, and it was very nice. The masseuse made me relax after all the traveling I had done ocer the last two weeks.

The breakfast was delicious. The coffee was brewed (I shouldn't have to say that, but, I've found that some breakfasts at competing hotels server only instant coffee). The breakfast included fresh cooked eggs, cooked-to-order omelets, bread, fish, pancit, fresh cooked-to-order pancaked, and 30 other excellent choices. The internet was buggy and I had to reconnect 20 times a day. So, if you're hoping for video meetings that's just not going to work for your. Security is excellent. The elevators require a little patience. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

We overall liked this hotel and its location in Makati, but I went to take a shower and couldn't because the water was either scalding or freezing, so that was a disappointment as we had ro get to bed to catch an early flight so no time to wait for maintenance. The beds were ok but could be a little softer and the pillows softer too.

Everything was exceptional the rooms were kind of outdated but clean we got upgraded but with 2 beds only wanted one bed in the room. The security made sure we were always ok thanks to Francis and Michael looking after us after a good bender at the bars cheers.

A little pricey, but you get much with this, super comfortable, great breakfast (pay or included option), good views of the business district in some rooms, great staff. I highly recommend it. I haven’t tried the pool or the gym yet.

The hotel is in a good location. It is becoming a little aged and the wireless did not work 90% of the time. They really need to fix the wifi. The staff are very nice and accommodating.
