Friendly staff but room had no drinking glass, had old ripped bath towels, and air conditioning did not seem to be working at all.
The room was small, that was okay. The walls were thin and we had noisy neighbors. I did not complain, they were enjoying themselves. There was a door connecting the rooms so that was likely part of the issue. Anyway my point is we heard the neighbors. The room showed a little wear and the towels weren’t so white. But everything was clean. Not much for amenities, only a few tv channels but a couple were HBO. No glasses. No room coffee. No bar soap for the sink. Liquid soap mounted on shower wall, two toothbrush kits and two small waters. The location is great and the building is connected to an elevated walkway that goes for several blocks connecting several buildings including the Greenway Mall. All that said the price was decent for the location and nothing was really bad.
Living up to its name, I enjoyed the peace and privacy of the single room and I highly recommend for those who are traveling alone to stay here. Walk-in shower and toilet are very clean as we expected. The AC makes the room very comfortable to relax that’s a plus. So far, there’s nothing bad about the room so I do highly recommend for those who are traveling alone as mentioned earlier.
Long que for checkin, no chair / table inside the room, no one answers phone call from hotel
The hotel lobby was very warm, not conducive for those waiting in line to check-in or are waiting on the lobby. You do not feel comfortable at all.
I like all the staff except for the front desk crew. 1. Since they are the face of the company, they need to smile. I don’t owe them anything so smile I’m paying you. 2. They need to be more efficient with registration since the lobby is very hot. No air conditioning. 3. You have travelers that are exhausted so be more kind and wear a smile. 4. Answer the phones when it rings even if you just recognize that you will get back to us in a few. Not let it ring for minutes and no answer. Are you sleeping or that inefficient. 5. Need to trained your crew the proper listening skills when dealing with credit cards and how it work. 6. It’s your job to make sure your equipment like credit card machine works. Don’t ask your customers to go outside and grab unrefundable atm charges to get cash so I can pay my balance. 7. When a customer comes down to settle bills early, then do it and not wait till later. There’s a reason why they want to settle early. Not for your benefit but the customer ease. 8. Ask the help of your manager sooner than pretending you got it handled. Other than that, all staff are great. And the early morning lady manager that made sure I got out of there late but not sorry late. I’ll see you sometime in the future.

Location , amenities, cleanliness , are very good . Did not like the noise from People in hallway and neighbors , disturbing our sleep midnight til 3 am oftentimes .
I liked the clean rooms , friendly staff, the amenities , and the convenient location . I didn't like the constant noise coming from the other rooms , due to no sound barrier in walls . I didn't like losing sleep at night due to noise from other guest rooms nearby . I didn't like there's no privacy due to every conversation is heard thru the walls . The staff informed us they plan to remodel the rooms to help solve the problem , sometime in future . We stayed here for medical reasons , proximity to Makati Med hospital . Don't think we will stay again here
Walking distance to shopping , . Very very noisy rooms , due to paper thin walls , where every sound can be heard from your neighbors , talking , tv , snoring , laughing , . Etc etc . If you stay at this hotel , you'll surely be awakened late at night , by your next door neighbors ... And lose sleep ... The staff will move you to a new room , if one is available , however ... Unless you have no neighbors there ... You'll still be disturbed by every noise each neighbor makes . Recommend to this hotel , to enforce a stricter quiet policy for its guest , second ... Recommend they soundproof the common walls between rooms .. I've never ever experienced a hotel room , where the walls were so thin , hollow .. Thereby transmitting every sound . Disturbance .Lastly I think the hotel should not allow intoxicated or drugged ou guests behaving loud , belligerent , disruptive to its guests .
