Location and the customer service of the hotel attendant

Great staff, very friendly and clean. Good location for great night life

Cleanliness, price, rooftop restaurant, customer service.

great place, great value fun environment this is the second time I have stayed there

Thought the rating was too good to be true. This place was great. For fellow U.S. travelers, the Philippines is generally cheaper, with 4-5 star hotels around $100-150USD. This place is considered a "hostel" but I booked a private room with a King bed. It only costed me about $30USD. In the U.S. $30USD would be an actual roach motel in New Mexico with mandatory roaches that come with the room. This place was on Super clean, on par with cleanliness you would find at a premium hotel. The room here was small, so if you need space to walk around in the room, this may not be for you. In the private room, the bed was on the floor of an elevated space, so you could sit on the step which was neat. The shower is plenty big. The A/C was strong. There is coin laundry, free games like pool and foosball. and snack bar at the lobby and a restaurant on 13th floor. Makati is one of the safer/nicer places to stay in Metro Manila. We were able to walk from Lub D to the Greenbelt/Ayala Museum & Ayala triangle and felt very safe, no hassle from trikes soliciting rides, no worry about missing sidewalks like other parts of Manila, and plenty of great food options both local and int'l like French, Mediterranean, and Asian. The jeeps are safe and just have to ask where they are headed. The hotel has a spot where cars can pull up to the curb in case you use Grab (rideshare). Our room was a bit noisier due to it facing Makati Ave. Not sure, but they probably have rooms that are quieter facing in.

super excellent accomodation and value fr your money.

Everything is new and clean. Great location. I considered staying at a more expensive hotel, but I am really glad I chose here over other options.

Myself, my wife and our two children (Americans) stayed in a family room and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a hotel or hostel in any country. The room is small but efficient and has everything you need (and more). The lobby is an experience in itself with its amazing large view of the city and eclectic decor. My boys played many of the complimentary games offered. There is also a cafe, a couple of Skype rooms, a work space, and more. The location is surrounded by excellent restaurants also. Next time we are in Manila, we will def stay here again.

i like it, and definitely i will stay again, its about 20 min from airport but you have to use sky road (fee) , near almost to everything such as shopping mall , restaurants , cinema,
