125 sqm PENTHOUSE-type 3 Bedroom/3 bathroom duplex( 2 floors) with loggia (dipping pool) at Lux Milano Residences Versace Makati right next to Century City Mall with 24 Hour Concierge service. Two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Living room, open kitchen and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs.
Balcony with Private Loggia pool with great unobstructed views of city skyline and beyond. Pocket Wifi, 55" Samsung Smart LED TV with Netflix access, LG ref/freezer, European brand built-in induction cooker and Blum kitchen. 2 parking slots available. WITH Sentry electronic safe. This place is quiet and very convenient.
3 bedrooms with 1 queen sized bed 60"x78" and two pillows per room. 3 writing desks. 6 seater dining table.
One towel and blanket per guest.

For now All guests are required to submit :
1. Copy of COVID-19 Vaccination card at least 2 days before check-in (except kids 17 yrs old and below). If unvaccinated - Negative antigen result taken within the past 24 to 48 hours prior to move in.
2. VALID ID / PASSPORT with clear picture

Guests may be able to use building female and male steam, sauna for free, along with pool and gym depending on current Philippine government and building guidelines - advance booking through concierge required because of covid safety protocols.

High touch surfaces are cleaned using disinfecting cleaners. UVC light is used on each room after each stay.

3 proximity card/access cards are provided per stay which need to be returned to us. Additional access cards available for additional fee of Php3,350 each paid directly to the building managment ( Php 3,000 is refunded for the additional access cards after return of access card to building management). Lost cards will be charged at 3,500 each for cost of replacement and notarization fee.

Spacious and great location

We had a great time enjoying the view of this property. It was spacious with 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs and 3 bathrooms all together. However, checking in was not easy since the property manager sent the driver, he was nice but doesn’t seem to know or oriented about their policy. We had to pay for parking the first night because the driver they sent or the security of the condo didn’t seem to know where we should park. I emailed the property manager and she said we we had spot for parking but not until I asked. Then the driver told us, we can check out anytime and he’ll just be back whenever so we agreed on checking out at 2:30pm . But then the property manager called the night before and claimed we should be gone by noon. I told her about her driver’s agreement but she claimed he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. First of all, we checked in late almost around 7:30pm which I communicated with her so hoping she can be flexible and let us stay until 2:30pm but she refused. So if you’re looking for space and location, it’s great but hope they can improved on communications. Property manager should give her driver correct information and also the condo concierge. They seem to be unaware of our presence and at first refused to let us in the gym.

Great hosts with great service.

The the owner was very responsive. They have a great place. The service from the staff is excellent. I wast treated with 5 star service. The place is in a good location everything you need is within walk walking distance. I will stay here every time I come to Manila.
