Housekeeper never check shower room i noticed midt of the shower gel container empty no refilling moreover Iron and hairdryer not in working condition. Lastly only one elevator serve from Ground floor to 13 floor it was so pack during office hours. That's ridiculous avoid stay here if you have no patient waiting for elevator. I won't recommend ly travel l buddy to stay here.

Not bad for a hostel. They try hard to make a plesant stay. Stayed four knights. The king bed was two twin mattresses pushed together on th floor. Breakfast was decent.

Pros: Lub d is in a great location, close to everything and very walkable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great common space with lots of seating. Strong wifi, good AC. Decor is modern. Cons: Poor breakfast (don’t bother paying for it, go elsewhere). For a “deluxe” private room, the walls are threadbare (you can hear everything from the hallway and your neighbours). The “double bed” is actually 2 twin beds, so you can feel the lump where they meet. Elevators are slow, especially if you’re on a high floor. They don’t service your room, so you will have to call to get trash emptied, more toilet paper, etc. TV does not have streaming / smart functionality, despite signage in the room. Water pressure is low and intermittent.

For the price that i payed it was unexpected. They couldnt even provide you a bottle opener. You need to go to the lobby for you to open ur bottle. No parking lot.

I hotel hop Makati area during my 2 week stay and this is easily the best place to stay in the area for the price. Safe, clean, walkable to food, entertainment and activities nearby. The lobby has a mini mart, sitting/lounge area, there is a roof deck restaurant. I forgot to actually see it before I left. The rooms are large and nice. I will definitely be booking here again.

Lost my key card inside the room, wasn't able to shower before checking out. Someone got my card and turned it over to the housekeeping staff as what they said, but the staff never checked if the person associated to the key card have checked-out or not. The bed set up is also terrible, they use old comforter, blanket and pillow case. The smell inside my bed is also making me dizzy. The bedding is also itchy.
