I stayed at 19th floor and the room was stinky. At first I was given a room on the 20th floor but I demanded to change it because the room was filthy. There was a dead bug in the bathroom and all tables were dusty so I asked to be moved. The room we stayed in however had a smoking smell could be a smoking room which I did not like. But the sewage made it worst it smelled the whole time so we kept the bathroom close at all times. Sad to say that this hotel needs to be educated and awakened and compete with other better hotels. I would not recommend this place.

We booked 2 bedroom suite for our 3 night stay in Manila. Actually the place is in the center of Makati. Location, the room itself, and service was excellent. I would highly recommend One Pacific Place.

They achieved to amend the date of my booking which was nice because I didn't had to do it by myself because I didn't have my account on Orbitz where I found and booked this hotel, It was Okey upon my arrival as well as our check-in. Then finally we got to settled in our room but we were really hungry so we decided to just do a room service foods instead of going out and find a fast foods or restaurants , surprisingly! Their foods rate are sooooo much expensive! Really exaggerated prices! I was hating that so much because I know very well how much the foods would cost me because I'm a Filipino as well. I would have understand those foods prices if I was at the 5 star hotel but they're not! They have to amend their prices and that will be the only time I will recommend this hotel, and that will be the time I will come back in this hotel. but ONE THING I APPRECIATED THE MOST Is that the doorman guy or the one who welcome guest right by the hotel door entrance has saved my phone! After checking out I took the taxi to bring us to the airport but sadly I forgot to pick up my phone in the reception disk because I was in a hurry not to missed our flight, luckily sometimes traffic aren't that bad I would say, because the doorman guy had to ran after us just to give back my phone that I forgot at the reception table! I was wanting to give him an award because he truly deserve it but the stop light has turn to green and he had to run again back to the hotel! I salute you Kuya!

I would stay here again. Room was not as clean as expected . staff disguises cleanliness with air freshener.

Nice room. Suite for price of a regular room in nearby hotels.

it was a great stay, nice room, awesome friendly staff. i will surely stay there again on my next trip.

Pleasant and economical. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, fast food places, and convenience stores. The staff looks neat, professional, and are very courteous.

a very friendly place to stay, from the location to the staff a perfect getaway.

staff are courteous and are always there to assist if need be. surely recommend this hotel.

I only had one issue with this hotel, which is a really big issue....the rooms! My first room ( 1 bdrm deluxe) smelled like it had just been painted 2 hours before my arrival. The smell was so strong it got to the point where I got a headache. I moved rooms to bigger (1 bdrm suite deluxe) and still, the same smell of paint. The hotel staff tried air-out both rooms but the smell was still constant. You can also hear the constant slamming of other room doors on the same floor all night and day. On a good note, the hotel staff was very professional, very helpful to me throughout my stay...great people! I had originally booked for a 6 night stay fully paid in advance, if I left I could not get my money back and would have to look for another hotel to stay in and pay for another week stay, I had no choice because of the smell.... I checked out after only staying one night,

First let me say, there are a whole lot of both "cheaper" and "expensive" hotels to choose from in Makati! One Pacific Place "covers all the bases" in the "mid-priced" range! The neighborhood, the building, the lobby and the rooms especially, will meet the standards of most travelers. The pool is beautiful. The front desk staff are very efficient and the other workers here are both helpful and very pleasant. By the way, this particular location is just a short and inexpensive taxi ride away from The Greenbelt and the adjoining malls but there are places to eat and convenience stores within a very comfortable short walking distance, Starbucks, McDonalds, etc.

This is a very nice hotel, friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of Juices and main dishes, cereals, just a nice hotel!

The hotel staff was very, very friendly and addressed any concerns I had right away. The in-hotel restaurant was good, the selection wasn't enormous but what they had on the menu was well prepared.

All went well at this hotel. The front desk staff, especially "Steph", were most helpful, pleasant, and responsive. The rooms are small, but much better than any other room I have experienced in Makati; a great location. Two huge malls and other shopping are within walking distance; lots of good food available in the area. I did experience an issue with my reservation from this site, as Free Full Breakfast is listed in the amenities, but that is not the case, and the hotel refused to honor the Free Breakfast. In another hotel site one can select the room with full breakfast at an increased price, but that selection was not available on this site.

I like a clean place. it was that. Makati area a plus, because of malls. new place, very easy place to find on my walks. lot of places to see in the area
