I don’t recommend staying at this property. Rooms are not sound proof, it’s very noisy even on high floors. They gave us a room with a twin bed instead of a queen bed (which we booked) and told us the hotel was full. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Manila and around the world, so far this has been the worst experience!

I stayed at 19th floor and the room was stinky. At first I was given a room on the 20th floor but I demanded to change it because the room was filthy. There was a dead bug in the bathroom and all tables were dusty so I asked to be moved. The room we stayed in however had a smoking smell could be a smoking room which I did not like. But the sewage made it worst it smelled the whole time so we kept the bathroom close at all times. Sad to say that this hotel needs to be educated and awakened and compete with other better hotels. I would not recommend this place.
We booked 2 bedroom suite for our 3 night stay in Manila. Actually the place is in the center of Makati. Location, the room itself, and service was excellent. I would highly recommend One Pacific Place.
They achieved to amend the date of my booking which was nice because I didn't had to do it by myself because I didn't have my account on Orbitz where I found and booked this hotel, It was Okey upon my arrival as well as our check-in. Then finally we got to settled in our room but we were really hungry so we decided to just do a room service foods instead of going out and find a fast foods or restaurants , surprisingly! Their foods rate are sooooo much expensive! Really exaggerated prices! I was hating that so much because I know very well how much the foods would cost me because I'm a Filipino as well. I would have understand those foods prices if I was at the 5 star hotel but they're not! They have to amend their prices and that will be the only time I will recommend this hotel, and that will be the time I will come back in this hotel. but ONE THING I APPRECIATED THE MOST Is that the doorman guy or the one who welcome guest right by the hotel door entrance has saved my phone! After checking out I took the taxi to bring us to the airport but sadly I forgot to pick up my phone in the reception disk because I was in a hurry not to missed our flight, luckily sometimes traffic aren't that bad I would say, because the doorman guy had to ran after us just to give back my phone that I forgot at the reception table! I was wanting to give him an award because he truly deserve it but the stop light has turn to green and he had to run again back to the hotel! I salute you Kuya!
I would stay here again. Room was not as clean as expected . staff disguises cleanliness with air freshener.
