Location was very good and staff was very friendly. Property was a little run down. There was no daily housekeeping, had to ask for clean towels everyday.
Kids pounding down the hallway at 6am, restaurant coupons were pretty much worthless. The hotel was not in view of the bridge like the picture.

It was great have waterpark option. The hotel is really need updates. Our sink was leaking, furniture was very old, walls need to be paint, but room was very clean, and beds were good. No microwave in the room. Fridge was to small. Hotel needs to have coffee options not just regular coffee, but also decaf. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Location was convenient to ferry, which was big plus.

Check in was a joke took almost a half hour. No breakfast, bed and pillows were like a slab of concrete. Sidewalks and parking lot were solid ice. Never again.

In room toilet wouldn’t flush. Maintenance was timely, but issue presented itself in morning of day we left, so we told maintenance to just wait until after we checked out. Still, people working front desk seemed indifferent about our problem, didn’t even apologize for inconvenience. We won’t be staying at this hotel again.
Good hotel for a fair price. Was not communicated with that continental breakfast was not being offered and front desk did not give enough coupons to the participating restaurants to cover entire group.

Musty smell, property badly needs updating
Good location: Quiet & safe. Star Line Ferry across the street. Brewery next door. Front desk staff--very nice! Busy time of year, so happy to find a room. Did not like: old property (not updated), double beds, price
My booking was for Bayside hotel, but they moved me and the family into "cabins" and gave us a room that had wallpaper falling off and the room did not look to clean. Told us to go to other hotels to get our room keys. Disappointed, traveled so far to enjoy but the stay was poor.

Don't waste your money no breakfast because of covid tired of hearing that excuse so they can just be cheap but the pool was overcrowded not one employee wearing a mask the owner was more concerned with someone parking on his property that he parked the forks of a machine under their car using flat sheets in place of fitted sheets smelled of mold we booked 2 nights and left after one not 1 ice machine in the hotel or the one it is connected to had 1 working ice machine we paid for all the amenities and got none of them and what they call a water park is no more than a water feature the hot tub didn't even work it was just a big bathtub that needed a severe cleaning STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We didn’t stay at the Bayside. It was closed. Our reservation transferred to another hotel without my knowledge. This was very disappointing.
