The websites always post a fake information about hotels, we always surprised about the difference between the information on the web and the real. The building so old, the passengers very noisy, the receptionists negative, no community room, no computer and printer, the wifi very low, when I contacted ...
I've read mixed reviews about this motel and I have to say that I had a great experience. The staff on arrival was very kind. They let me check in early and they let me check out late when I was leaving. The room was super big and came with a jacuzzi. It was just cleaned before I arrived, towels, ...
They charged before arrives , room was horrible smells terrible... furniture all dirty and old... sheets disgusting... toilet was no seat cover bath tub all dirty.. really was a terrible experience WE DID NOT STAY THERE I ASK TO REFUND MY MONEY ,BUT THEY DENIED I PAY 3 NIGHTS STAY... REALLY ORBITS ...
Quick and easy access to the airport after having a delay that changed our flight plans. Shuttle is very convenient. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable. The lobby was a nice and pleasant place to relax when not in the room.
We had a great experience. We got in early and could check in 4 hours early for $25. Room was tight with a pack n play but no complaints as it was three blocks from a Disney. Wish it had complimentary breakfast but you can’t heat the proximity or price.
Everything about this hotel is good especially the location. Only complain that I had was about the cleanness, during my 4 nights stay, I had noticed they did not change the bed sheet at all. Every time I had noticed was very late at night that I just wanted to sleep. However, you can tell them anytime and they will change the sheet which they have to do it in first place.
Easy to find. Daily parking rate, in and out privileges. Best thing to do is to simply park your car and take the shuttle to Universal Studios them park or Citiwalk. Shuttles are 15 mins apart from 9am-9pm. Staff are courteous and professional. Parts of the hotel give away its age. Carpeting in room can use some TLC. Overall, a pleasant experience.
Easy to get to Disneyland or around the area People that work there are great after a few days they will recognize you and greet you will
Hotel was average and in need of more amenities and food choices. Rooms very plain and sparse. Resort fees high considering what it offered. Overpriced in general.
