During our stay, when checking in, the staff was rude and not helpful. She appeared bothered and unpleasant. In our room, the air conditioning was not working. We asked to be moved to another room. They refused to move us since the air conditioning was not working to multiple rooms and it was not hot enough outside to justify the use of air conditioning and “we had to deal with it” We asked for a fan and they brought it 3 hours later at 1:30am. This same was told to the guests near to our room. The room was stuffy and hot, even with the windows open and the noise of the airplanes all night.

A truly excellent stay and would happily recommend it. I arrived around noon and after being awake for nearly 24 hours, I asked at the front desk if early check-in might be possible. Shirley immediately did everything she could to accommodate me. Her professionalism, warmth, and calm manner made a huge difference after a tiring travel day, and being able to settle into my room early was incredibly appreciated. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, creating an atmosphere where you genuinely feel like a valued guest. As a first-time visitor to the area, I really appreciated the clear communication from the hotel. The night before my flight, they sent detailed instructions explaining how to catch the free shuttle from LAX. The shuttle picks up directly at the airport, but you have to locate the red signs that indicate shuttle pick up areas, like bus stops. And since there is both a South and North Embassy Suites near LAX, you need to ensure to board the correct shuttle. I stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom which was impressively quiet and made for a great night's sleep. While the hotel is on the dated side, it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff once again went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would gladly stay here again and confidently recommend this hotel to friends and family back home in Canada.

Overall very satisfied with all , but parking for $45 per night is not fare for serving the customer ( my opinion 90 out of 100 customer won't like paid parking)

One person at desk with a long line. He asked a woman that was just sitting there ignoring everyone to help. She ended up assisting me. She appeared half asleep. Not welcoming. I told her we had a vehicle. She charged me for the over night parking. I asked if the slip I had with a barcode would work getting out in the morning. She said yes. It did not. I paid a second time for parking.

Please make sure all the room temperatures can be adjusted because on our last night stay on the third floor the room was so cold my husband went to the front desk. However, the room still did not warm up after the approximately 30 minutes as quoted.
