I got into bed, got super itchy (including getting hives), then discovered the bed was full of hair, as if someone had shaved their beard under the covers. I asked for help but all housekeeping and managers and everyone were off duty and the hotel was full, so they couldn’t move me to a different room. They just gave me a stack of sheets and sent me on my way. They didn’t even look at the problem or anything and weren’t super nice about it. I’m not really expecting the world here, but for $200 per night, a clean bed and some understanding would have been appropriate.

Fantastic check in experience. My flight arrived late and the front desk was great / from making a note in my reservation the day before, to actual check in 2 hours late - after midnight. Spacious rooms, plenty of parking, right off Lincoln but super quiet.
It was relatively quiet for having a room that faced Pacific Coast Highway. Room was comfortable

I picked this property because it was close to the airport and my 90 year old father needed to fly out of LAX on a very early flight. We found the hotel very easily, there was plenty of space for me to idle my car while I checked in. The check in process was quick, informative, and efficient. They had us on the 3rd floor, and I asked if there was a way to be on the first floor just so my father didn’t have to walk so far of stand too long, and she happily changed our room to a first floor room without an added charge. There was only the room deposit needed, so no additional parking charge which was really nice compared to many other hotels we’ve stayed at. Our room was a pool view room but was still incredibly quiet. It had a nice patio that we took advantage of to eat our dinner at. The room itself was set up a bit odd, with the toilet and shower being in a giant room but then the door opening into the sink and coffee bar area, and then a large closet space right when you walk in that made the room feel small. The TV was also very small so it was hard to watch for my father since his eyesight isn’t the best, but that wasn’t a huge deal breaker since we weren’t there more than a night. The room was very quiet, clean, no weird hotel smells, the beds were comfortable for us & plenty of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the dispensers in the bathroom (thank you for having those instead of the small wasteful bottles) We will absolutely be back for another stay!
The location was great. We had a concert at the forum and this hotel was only 6 miles away. The area was nice and quiet. There was plenty of shopping areas and restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself was clean and provided plenty of other things. The pool area was nice and they gym was opened, we didn’t use it but it looked clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed this hotel stay. Plenty of parking and safe.
They forgot a used washcloth in our bathroom hanging on the shower rod. It's usually very clean and we have stayed here before. It was disappointing that the bar / cafe was still closed. It's definitely time to get that reopen.
