Pick up at the Airport was appalling. Your e-mail said that if you do not have a working US phone, go to the information desk. They did not want to know. They said to just wait outside. We were waiting for 2 hours. When the bus arrived it was not white with a green E on the side. it was black with no E on the side. This got us off to a bad start for what was a good stay. The staff did not appear sympathetic to this problem and were somewhat offhand.

The car chargers that are in the level 1 parking lot do not work, it is extremely necessary that you have them available since many guests do not stay there to be able to charge the car and they do not work.

The bathrooms are in bad condition and overdue for updates. The comforter was worn out and had holes in it. The good thing was the complimentary breakfast which had good dining options especially the omelette which I really appreciated.

The parking was expensive so we parked in the street. The staff was awesome. The pool was pretty small. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay and watch planes take off and land.

Check in time was 4pm but the room wasn’t even ready at 4:30pm. On the fourth day the bathroom flooded because the shower wasn’t draining properly. On the fifth day the air conditioning stopped working. They gave us one portable fan for the night after trying to fix for more than one hour. Could not fix it before we checked out next day.
