Great location for business travel because of it's proximity to the airport. However, take into consideration the daily parking fee and breakfast charges. Clean for the most part except one of the two beds did not look like it has fresh sheets.

Hotel was very clean, parking was difficult, only top level of parking garage and too far from building. Staff were rude at check in, only 1 entrance and had to pass by front desk. Not comfortable since staff rude

It’s a nice quiet hotel, the staff was nice. The hotel is very clean and new .

Great facilities and nice rooms. Parking was available fairly easy as well.

The hospitality was well received.

The hotel was new and well-appointed. Being older, we didn’t like the choice of loud music in the public areas, but the sliders in the bar were great and a good value. The pasta, on the other hand was cold and over-priced. The whole staff was helpful and friendly, check-in was speedy, and when we asked for more towels since we had 3 people in the room, they were brought up right away. The 2 a.m. fire evacuation was annoying, but we realize it was not the hotel’s fault that some kids pulled the fire alarm, and they did agree to a late checkout, so we were happy. The sack breakfast was adequate, and we appreciated the toasters for the bagels.

This is a very nice new property, comfortable , clean and well equipped. But they need to work on the airport "shuttle" service! This was our first time traveling into/ staying in LA. We were s using it as a hopping point to HI. For newbies like us the instructions were confusing ; and even the LA-XIT shuttle driving did not understand that we were to go to the "shared ride" location. When we did arrive there and called the hotel the second time we were told that we would get a text from LIFT. That took 15 minutes and then it was only to tell us they were trying to locate a driver for us! We had been told if it was taking to long we could take a cab and get reimbursed. So we decided to try that ( wheeling all of our luggage over to a different spot . The cab was only $20 with tip, but unfortunately my husband just pulled a $20 bill out to pay quickly -- after close to 14 hours of travel we just wanted to get in! I totally forgot to ask for a receipt! So not reimbursement I was told. Latter when I was downstairs to print our boarding passes for the next morning I overheard when another guest arrived that they were going to be moved to another Marriot because the hotel was overbooked. Their room was going to be FREE! But I could not get reimbursed for the cab?! lol

I first have to mention how much of a pain the self-parking was. The hotel's spots are relegated to the 4th and 5th floor of a shared parking garage. So, if you do get a spot you have to walk up and down stairs or wait for a painfully slow elevator. Two of the nights we stayed the parking was full and we had to go back to the hotel for further instruction. It was a wonderful stay and a beautiful hotel and it is a shame the parking is such a mess. Maybe pay for valet? The hotel experience was great, though. It is a quiet, business neighborhood just off the highway - so easy in and out. Staff was very helpful - Kenyata gave a super-warm greeting upon our check-in. All staff we met went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel lobby/bar area was modern and clean and nicely appointed. The bar was not open while we were around and we did not make it up to the rooftop bar which looked very nice. The rooms were also clean and fresh and the stay was wonderful.

It’s a nice hotel to stay at. The staff was always pleasant, the rooftop lounge was closed, but that was expected. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The hotel was extremely nice! Great staff, and a yummy breakfast that was given to us!

The valet is nice and the check in was easy. The room are spacious and clean. Need more insulation for noise control

Cute hotel and cute modern ambience. Loved sitting outside by the fireplace for dinner!

Modern hotel that’s fairly priced but the quality has gone down since I first stayed there when it opened. It often smells like pot and last time it was loud with dogs barking.
