When I arrived, by mistake I parked in the airport shuttle parking spot, immediately a lady driver from the shuttle told me in bad manners to move, but her shuttle was blocking me in the front and there was a car blocking me from behind. She started arguing and insulting me...(what a way to greet a guest!), then she contacted the front desk and told something to the person in charge. When I checked in, the man at the Front Desk treated me bad, ignoring my reservation an being very rude. At the end they gave me a far away, ugly and noisy room. Fairfield should be more careful with their employees, because instead of hosting guests, they scare them.

Hotel was clean, bed comfortable, free breakfast and was close to airport not far from beaches for site seeing. Only bad experience is the shuttle to & from airport this is why I choose hotel prices were higher but free shuttle ok, first shuttle driver are not friendly, no hotel staff tell you what shuttle looks like, shuttle passes you up unless flagged down even when you call requesting shuttle took an hour to get to hotel after flight it's only a 10min drive had to call hotel 2x. then checking out requesting shuttle waited 13min in lobby for it to leave us because no staff or shuttle driver announced they were there so we missed shuttle to our flight. Staff was not helpful but I would recommend for clean rooms & location.

We waited at the airport for a shuttle for a LONG time. Finally took alternate transportation. We found out later that it runs every half hour. We had no way of knowing this. Our room was very tight. It also faced the sun and only had a sheer curtain so it really never cooled down. By the time we figured this out, we'd already unpacked so we didn't ask for another room. The bed was ok but the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Hotel was just okay. Small. Most staff were nice. Front desk lady was rude. Refused to give us late check out of even 30 minutes. Breakfast staff nice. On site parking not really on site. It's across the street and if you park late you have to park far. Waste of 14$ a night. I wouldn't stay again unless I had to.

Hotel is centrally located if you are interested in enjoying the beach. The hotel staff was welcoming. The room was clean and nicely updated.

Parking lot is some distance from the hotel, and there is an extra $14 per night to use it.

This hotel was a huge bright spot in our horrible trip back to Guam. We were forced to stay overnight at LAX and I found this hotel online with a great rate for our family of 4. The staff was super friendly, which was great since we were exhausted when we arrived around 11 pm. The free shuttle was only a 5 minute ride from the airport as well which was a huge perk! The beds were super comfy and provided a much needed night of rest. The free breakfast was perfect for heading back to the airport fueled up and ready for the day! It's also close to several stores (grocery store, gas station, Starbucks, etc) if your needing items and they sell some items in the lobby also. The free toothbrushes were greatly appreciated! And the wifi was super fast which was much needed to download shows of the flight the following day. Nothing negative to say about this hotel!

Was not expecting alot for the price but boy oh boy was I surprised! So clean!!! Best bathroom and room in a long time on the road! Friendly staff, full breakfast with courteous staff to make sure you are getting enough to eat, drink and clean up after you! Free shuttle every half hour to LAX and that was also clean and the driver was super helpful and nice. Would recommend and would stay here again

Not wheelchair friendly. Well, the staff did not let us know of a set of elevators we could have used. We had to carry my mother up two steps. The privacy curtain did not close. The first shuttle did not have wheelchair accessibility. The driver did not know how to operate the ramp on the shuttle we waited for. The clerk when we checked in clearly saw the wheelchair and did not mention anything when I inquired about the shuttle. Overall. Frustrating every step of the way.

Shuttle dropped me at the wrong place (didn't say they serviced 2 hotels). No apology from staff after I hauled heavy luggage down the street to the right one. Didn't have the room I reserved. No apology. Gave an upgrade that wasn't what I wanted (poolside). Noise was bad--a cat crying somewhere all day and night. No one asked how my stay was, though. Hotel is beautiful; staff is professional on a surface level.

We enjoyed the 2 queen beds, sometimes hard to find instead of double beds. Very comfortable beds which provided for a good night's rest. The breakfast was plentiful, offering both cold & hot items (I had eggs, bacon, a bagel, a banana, fresh melon, & a muffin, but there were also waffles, yogurt & cereal). The breakfast staff was very attentive, providing for any needs that guests had.

clean hotel near airport

great hidden gem near lax!

This hotel was a huge bright spot in our horrible trip back to Guam. We were forced to stay overnight at LAX and I found this hotel online with a great rate for our family of 4. The staff was super friendly, which was great since we were exhausted when we arrived around 11 pm. The free shuttle was only a 5 minute ride from the airport as well which was a huge perk!
