we went in for a one night stay and it was honestly the best experience we could've asked for,we were so tired (we got in at 3am) and just needed to take a really long nap,the guy at the front desk was really considerate of us and we're able to check in earlier than the time they had under policy. nice rooms! comfortable beds! super convenient location! free shuttle to the airport! super close shopping malls and places to eat! if you do not know where to stay either for a one night,weekend or a week this is the place to go.

I had a power outage in my room. Then the room they tried to move me to, the key pad didn't work, so the maintenance guy Sa (sp) went down and got another room for us. This last room was cold and there was no heat. We overheard other guest saying that their rooms we extremely cold as well. The front dest clerks Christopher, Brenda and Citlalli were all very helpful. The WZYZ Bar always full of guest and the pool table was nice as well. I just wish they had a better smoking area near the fire pit.

Everyone was warm and welcoming, including the maintenance and cleaning staff. The room was nicely renovated and clean. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great. Would stay here again due to the location. Just didn’t care for the steep parking charge. It was $40/night for us.

The staff is really friendly, the person who checked man was super sweet and very accommodating. We had friends come to the bar later on that night. And our time at the bar was really lovely as well. Overall, really good. Stay. We’ll definitely come back

I was overcharged for parking. The web site lists parking fees at a rate of $40 per night. I booked my reservation through Expedia and that service confirmed the $40/night fee. I was billed $55/night for 3 nights; and therefore, I would like a credit back on my MasterCard of $45. Please advise me of this charge back within 24 hours. I will be contesting this overage with my credit card provider by December 5 if I have not received your reply. Thank you.
