This was an amazing stay! The hotel is 5min from LAX. 20min from Venice Beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay on our way to Mexico!

The staff of the hotel was great. They did everything they could to make it as enjoyable as possible. The AC in the common areas and hallways of the floors was not working , so the hallways, lobby, and bar were very warm at all times. The hallways and elevators need a thorough cleaning.

It was just OK esp for a doubletree

Tv wasn’t working multiple times, had maintenance come check it out but when I explained it happens throughout shows or movies he said just call me when it happens. Problem was we weren’t in our room during the day so each night we could not watch tv. I was told to reach out to third party to get a partial refund. Otherwise food was mediocre at best!! 3/5

I was surprised that my reservation was not honored because I opted to pay in the property. So, we didn’t have a room when we get there. I wanted to commend Daniel, who tried his best to get us a room and we were upgraded. It’s my first time in my whole life of booking and when I get to the hotel, I was told we don’t have a room. It was a very sad experience because our flight was delayed and we arrived in the hotel at midnight and no room for us.

We booked a different hotel and it was awful and nothing worked. We booked this hotel and within 5 min we were checked in. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was great.
