Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel room was fairly standard. We didn’t use any amenities. Most disappointed about the airport shuttle service (the reason I booked this hotel). There is only a 6 passenger shuttle running from 6am that caters to a few other hotels. The shuttle was fully booked so we needed to get an uber ($50). The option the staff gave us was to book an independent shuttle for $15 per person. If you are booking this hotel, I would call ahead and make sure to reserve space on the shuttle if you need a ride after 6am.

No room service in the 3 nights we stayed. With a family of 4, we needed garbages changed, toilet paper, towels exchanged… Even after we requested service—after it was not provided. When towels were delivered—brought dirty towels, which had me questioning cleanliness of everything (as it was already questionable). Hotel did refund us $50–but would not recommend.

We had to wait 55 minutes for the hotel’s shuttle and to add insult to injury, the hotel restaurant had closed early. We had two hungry young boys and so we had to walk 25 minutes in the dark to the nearest open restaurant. Never again!

Trying to get to the hotel was a pain. Fine print saying to order pick up 24 hours prior to arrival is poor business. No heat in room. Clean room poor breakfast.

Nice room, staff was friendly, bed was comfy. Id give 5 stars if breakfast was included. 25 dollars for that breakfast is unacceptable imo.
