The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Shower was dirty no mat. Towel for the floor was torn. Bedding had stains and pubic hairs as if it was not changed. Had to call to get clean bedding.

Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful & courtious. Our room was clean & spacious. The welcoming warm cookies & bottled water was a very nice touch. The swimming pool is huge. The hotel restaurant had delicious food. The free hotel shuttle to & from the airport was very convenient. Overall, a great stay & we will stay there again next time we fly into or out of L.A.

The hotel was fine. However, when we checked in my companion and I split the deposit with $50 each on our credit cards. When we checked out, I put the whole charge for the room on my account. At the same time they charged the whole amount to my companion. I have contacted the hotel about this, but have not heard back. I would appreciate any assistance. You can provide to ensure that we get a refund and only paid one time. Thank you.

Room was good,staff was terrible,I am disabled,I needed their help taking one suit case to my room,they said they don't do that,resulted in me falling and hitting the ground hard right in the line bby, asessable room was equipped,but no wheelchairs at all like all other hotels.Violating the American Disability Act is very serious,lawsuit to follow against them
