This hotel was an extremely disappointing experience. The shower was visibly filthy, and the sheets had stains on them, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel—especially considering the price paid. The staff was rude, dismissive, and condescending. When we asked questions about things we were unfamiliar with, we were treated as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Requests were met with a lack of urgency or care, and overall attentiveness was severely lacking. Given the cost of this stay, the conditions and service provided were unacceptable. I will not be staying here again and will be contacting corporate to formally report this experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and strongly believe that significant changes need to be made, as the current standards are far below what is expected.
