Horrible I had dirty laundry in my room for 4 days I had trash as well . I place a request for housekeeping and nothing happened . The guy with the bald head and montra ( don’t know how to spell it ) put in a request but yet nothing . I honestly had a horrible experience here.

I was most disappointed in the lack of room service. Our rooms were never cleaned, not once during our 4 night stay. Front desk was contacted several times times about this issue and nothing was done. We never received new clean sheets, towels, etc. Disgusting way to treat your guest

Property was nice, the room was decent. Wasn’t too happy with a couple of things: 1. There weren’t any towels in the room when I went down to ask for them the only had dry off towels available so i wasn’t able to shower the first night. 2. There isn’t an option on the phone to call down to the front desk. 3. The second night my room key didn’t work, went down to the front desk waited for 25 mins until someone arrived. They had 1 person working in the entire hotel. That person had to answer phones, work the front desk, do laundry, run items up to different guests. 4. Asked for towels the second day & they only had 1 set. There was 2 of us. Overall they are every short staffed & need help to make the experience better.

This hotel was terrible. Upon arrival my boyfriend and I were told they didn’t have a room available. I asked why weren’t we contacted and the gentleman stated “We don’t have time for that”. I was completely shocked at how he responded and was extremely careless about the situation. He then insisted with a voucher to stay at another hotel for the night and to come back the next day. He then said “ you don’t have to take the voucher and you can just cancel your stay”. My boyfriend replied with we are visiting where else were we suppose to go. We took the voucher and We had to walk to the other hotel because it was late at night and we couldn’t get a Uber. The next morning I called they told me to wait an hour and call back. I ended up switching my hotel and I am so happy that I did!
