Great Staff, great location, great room and great location!!

We arrived after 10pm from a long exhausting day. One of our beds had wrinkled sheets, which was apparent it had previously been slept in. The counters were not wiped down, and there were streaks of toothpaste on the inside of the bathroom doors and walls. We were too tired to complain or wanting to change room. It wasn't until after I took a shower and expecting to reach for that fluffy big towel that I was greatly disappointed because there were no bath towels, just hand towels. So, maybe our experience would have been better on another day when housekeeping was adequate.

Rooms, staff and facilities are great. My only suggestion is that the room walls could be elevated with a little more art. Seemed sparse. Also bathroom lighting needs to be brighter. Needed a physical receipt and the clerk was unable to print at that moment. Other than that would totally stay here again.

This is a GREAT hotel! The lobby is very open, spacious and bright - and quite 'modern' in appearance. We had a nice greeting as soon as we walked in the door. We had come in from a cruise and were VERY early (10:30 or so), check-in is after 3:00. We were told it might be as late as 1-1:30 before they could get a room ready - even an early one. There was a good looking breakfast buffet in the dining area. Since we were arriving very early and knew we wouldn't be there for breakfast in the morning (checking out at 3AM) I asked if we could get the breakfast 'today' for 'tomorrow's stay.' I found out that breakfast wasn't included in 'the rate we paid' - I'll resolve that with Orbitz. We were hungry so paid the charge (well worth the $12.95) and enjoyed it. Much to our pleasant surprise we were told at about noon that a room was ready for us. Were even more pleasantly surprised when we got to it - it was wonderful. Open, spacious and warm, and nicely decorated. I really liked the 'reading settee' sitting near the window where you could nestle in comfortably and relax. There were also plenty of outlets and USB charging ports designed into the room. The bathroom had a Bluetooth compatible mirror - I guess you could link to it and play/control your music while using it. The bed had a unique 'shadow light' built into the top of the headboard, facing upward, to give the room 'just a little bit' of light if you wanted. I'll finish in another post.

Reat staff. Got a nice upgrad for the room. Room was very big, bed was comfortable. convenient location near LAX.

in room 204 the window glass is ajar and will not close 100% allowing a cold breeze into the room

Cute and modern hotel, room was great. The walls are thin though twice I could hear what was happening in other rooms. Also once I asked for new towels through the front desk texting and they never brought any.

Clean, affordable, convenient and great staff..the bed was very comfortable. It was easy to get to the airport and major highways during our stay.

Excellent for a couple! We came out for our 21st wedding anniversary, on the spur of the moment. Hotel was very nice! Very friendly staff!

We stayed twice at this hotel in the past months - the first visit was much better than the second and the difference was significant. First the good points - the hotel is mostly quiet (some noise from adjacent and higher rooms) and comfortable. The rooms are modern but not particularly well fitted out. On our first visit we found the housekeeping very good - the room was clean and the nice notes left by the staff welcome. On our second visit this was not the case - the room was quite dirty - the tiles in the entry were visibly dirty and a few minutes on the carpet barefoot led to the dreaded black footprints in the shower that indicates dirty carpet. Similarly on the second visit housekeeping was a lottery with different towelling items missing each day including one night with no bath towels. The front of house staff were mostly friendly but there was one guy who was far from that. Breakfast is not included in the price (an extra $12.95 each from memory and no better than that included for free by other Choice properties). If you'd asked me if I'd stay here again after the first visit I'd have answered yes, now I'm not so sure.

It was great just wished the bar opened earlier lol, but that’s it !
