The hotel was nice and the room was even better. Clean and convenient
We did get free parking, because the jacuzzi was out of order - in other words, it had NO hot water! We really wanted to use the jacuzzi, so this was very disappointing to us. Hopefully, next time this problem will be remedied. Also - we had trouble getting the kinds of grab and go items that we wanted because the lady got our request wrong. She gave us too few creamers, plus the wrong yogurts - we wanted a peach and a strawberry, and she gave us 2 strawberry yogurts! We found that really odd.
Great location. Carpets are dirty and rooms need upgrading.
Staff was slow and it took us quite a while to get into room. Then we had to ask for sheets and blankets which took another long period of time. There are no hotel shuttles. They should mention this on their website

i went there to check in and my room was taken. i guess they overbooked. they sent me to the sister location. not a nice place for a single woman to go. it was not in the best area. the parking was far from the hotel. i had to walk in an alley at dark to my room. i didnt not feel safe at all.
Spacious, very clean, very close to the airport. Very good breakfast. We were on the road trip for 2 weeks, this hotel was our last hotel before coming home and was the best one for the price.

We had awesome breakfast, a great room, but room service was terrible! They never answered their phone and when I called front desk, they were nice but when I told her what I needed for my room, it never came! I paid $420 and never got room service!
We have a good stay. Everyone in our family (include a dog and bird) were happy. The kitchen is good enough for simple meal. The only draw back is the dining table is a little too small if you have more than two people. The breakfast is ok.
Fantastic Residence Inn. They had a huge Mixer party, great food from food trucks, we even dancing going on to the music. The entire hotel was turned out for food, wine, beer, music and a big wig VP from Marriot was there to tell us how super she and Marriott are. I don't know about the former, but I will only stay at the latter (Marriott property) unless there is none available. As permanent Premier Elite Gold and annual platinum soon again this year, I will be back into near permanent platinum elite... I LOVE MARRIOTT.
Good place for staying. Breakfast is ok. It seems the staff at the counter isn't trained. Waiting for 40 minutes for check in.
I like Residence Inns and have stayed at them in various cities. Many pros for this location: Kitchen with full size appliances Location near airport 10 Minutes from Manhattan Beach Housekeeping and front desk responsive to needs and requests Breakfast and afternoon social hour with wine/beer - food was pretty good Free parking Pool/hot tub area with fire pit - good place to relax a little Close to the train but it's not so loud as to be an annoyance Cons: Had issues printing in the business center(really just a computer on a small desk) and the browser was so old there were problems going to basic websites If you are looking to do the "Hollywood" thing or go to anything in downtown LA, it would really be better to stay closer to those locations - traffic from that area (El Segundo) to downtown LA and Hollywood was awful and it about an hour to drive one way For this location, a car/cab/Lyft,etc., is necessary to get to major shopping, I.e., the Lakes at El Segundo
