It was clean staff was great. But the hotel smelled super weird, the air conditioning and heater did not work well and area felt a little sketchy.
This hotel was the perfect place to stay for our event at the Convention Center. The staff was very helpful. The location was convenient. The room was spacious and quiet. Will definitely stay again anytime I’m in the area and need a place to stay.
The staff were awesome. The shuttle came and got me at 1 am from the airport and took me back in the morning to pick up my rental car. They were super friendly and helpful. I stay here everytime I am in Ontario.

I had everything I needed inside the room, including free water bottles, and it was nice and clean. Despite being right by the airport and not-so-new, it was nice and quiet.

Very nice breakfast set up. Scrambled eggs, sausage, english muffins and cheese slices to make your own sandwich or not. Of course the standard waffles complete with branded waffle maker with a heart. Complementary bottles of water in the room, fridge and microwave. Assorted fruit in the check in area. Allowed me to keep my car there after I checked out for the day saving parking fees at the convention center. Centrally located to several restaurants, gas station and Starbucks. Shuttle bus to and from the convention center constantly running all day. A quick safe walk to the convention center. I will be back!
