Cockroaches in our bathroom, daughter got bit on the ear by something, outlets in loght fixtures didnt work. Breakfast was decent but there was a hair in the boiled eggs. Room was cleaned daily but there was a strange scent every time we returned to the room.

This trip was sad, my Brother's Memorial service 😪, This Hotel stay made everything BETTER. It started with the flowers not accepted at the venue, the hotel received the flowers for me. The staff always perfessional, kind, helpful and compassionate. The hotel was decorated in festive holidays. This stay gets EXCELLENCE!

Let’s see where do I start.. the Key kept deactivating to access the room and the parking area. had it reset at least 8 times over 4 day stay,and everytime I did i was treated like it was it was a inconvenience, even though they mentioned it was an issue since i got there &were changing the out dated locks out, they even changed the access method to parking lot & didn’t feel i needed to be informed. The toilets kept running. They threw away personal items of mine that were in a bag when my room was cleaned . Denied this was done. The soap dispenser kept leaking and ruined my makeup bag. It just was a disappointing experience for the price. And due to the lack of availability of other hotels I had to stay.
