I would not stay there again. Staff helpful

The rooms were filthy. Unwashed, stained bedclothes. Carpets not vacuumed. Non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke. Broken windows. The clerk claimed I didn't have a reservation and tried to charge me double the price for which I had reserved the room. I then showed her the reservation on the app, and she relented, but would only accept cash. I ended up not staying. Please stay ANYWHERE but here. Save yourself the headache.

Room was clean enough and comfortable enough. However, I had a bad experience during check in and check out. first my keys to my rooms were not working when I got there and even after an hour or so of going back and forth to the main office it was still not resolved. This lead me to have to come back later after hours (3am) when I was returning to get a set of working keys. When I got these working keys they now requested a deposit on each key (2 total) of 5$ a piece. This was fine and all but upon check out they told me they never got a deposit from me and that if I did give one it should of been attached to the room number. After going back and forth and waiting a while I finally got my deposit back. Honestly, It was a little ridiculous how it was handled as I saw many other guests deal with the same issue as I waited. Regardless the hotel was clean and management did resolve the issue. I don't feel like it was handled correctly as it wasn't my fault they didn't follow their own procedures but I'm glad they did the right thing in the end

My husband and I stayed here for a night when we were on vacation/on our way to universal studios. For the price, you get a great place. Starbucks is right across the street along with In&Out (both walkable). We drove but chose to walk because of how close they were. It was quiet and felt safe. Nothing fancy about the hotel but it was still nice and felt comfortable. We also did some exploring and found a DQ not far when driving and across from the DQ is a drive in theater. There's also a mall not too far. Plenty to do if you are there for a day/part of a day. Would stay here again.

I loved the Hotel, was pretty safe, quiet, and location is the best!, next to Hamburgers, IN-N-OUT and in front of Starbucks and Maket and other stores, complementary Breakfast is a great deal, I will stay again the next time, Thanks!
