The hotel offers breakfast, simple, did not have any since I had a 6am flight. The room was pleasant and quite big Refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee machine with pods. Nice TV. The lobby has coffee. Free shuttle to the airport and you can leave your car there to up to 10 days for free. This is an office park area so did not see any restaurants nearby. abot 2.3 miles to Ontario airport.

Breakfast was ok. Definitely expected more like the other la quintas ive stayed at. Our tv kept going on and off, went to check the wires and there was a cockroach behind the tv. If theres one, theres more. Gave me the creeps. Tv kept shutting on and off all night. Couldnt even unplug it. The bath tub was chipping paint.

I stayed at the La Quinta Inn & Suites recently because I had an appointment nearby. While check-in was easy, the hotel itself is extremely outdated and lacks modern conveniences. The furniture is old and worn, and the entire property feels neglected. I was initially excited about relaxing in a bath, but the bathtub had visible cracks in the lining, which seemed unsafe. I opted for a shower instead, only to discover afterward that water had leaked all over the floor — a clear maintenance issue. I called to report it right away, but no one ever came to address the problem. More than 24 hours later, I still hadn’t received clean towels or any update on the maintenance request. When I finally spoke with management to express my frustration and request a refund, they were dismissive and rude. Instead of resolving the issue, they came to my door, checked me out of the room, and told me to leave — claiming I’d receive a refund that still hasn’t been issued. The overall experience was extremely poor. The area felt unsafe, especially for a woman traveling alone, and the property’s age and lack of upkeep only made that worse. I would not recommend this location, particularly for families or solo travelers.

The staff is nice, but the facility is in desperate need of cleaning and upgrading. We were advised that daily cleaning of rooms was not available. The main carpet in the first floor hallway is filthy. The breakfast area is bright and spacious, but food choices are minimal, the only hot food being scrambled eggs (pre-made mix) and very fat-laden bacon. Dogs are everywhere, apparently not restricted. The gal who takes care of breakfast was very nice. Our room, while it shows definite wear and tear and the need for ceiling and door repairs in the bathroom, was clean, and the carpet looked much less soiled than the public spaces.
