Strong smoke smell, had to get another room which was better. Not bad value, and no extra pet fee. Property could be cleaner, little more love put into property.

The A/C didn’t work at all. When I complained, the clerk already knew it didn’t work, but she gave me the room anyway. Figured I wanted a room with a working TV and the room with a working A/C had a broke TV. What in the world. How about a working A/C and a working TV? Plus, the showers in both rooms had stains all over, and when I turned the shower on, a bunch of black sand-like stuff shot out. The shower also had a steady stream of water running even when turned fully off. In LA where there is a water shortage. Also the desk chair in one room had a big stain of some sort on it. I suppose it was better than sleeping in the car, but barely.

The Housekeeper Didn't clean Room Daily and when I checked out my bill was to high and I stay at a motel 6 on 6th st the week before and they did not over charge me I was suppose to pay $3.30 and change I paid $376 and change this was Just over doing it

Was one of the biggest mistake I every made what a headache

Front desk was rude and assumed my wife was with the man in line behind her like she was some kind of prostitute. Did not appreciate that. Then took forever like she didn't believe that my wife has a room already paid for. Horrible.

Pros: Room was clean. Beds were not spring mattresses and very comfortable. Cons: Wifi was glitchy. Freeway noise was a bit much. Bring your own towels.

Booked a room for a 2 person stay. The room wasn't stocked with enough towels. I had to ask house keeping for more towels the maid didn't want to provide additional. The room was way over peiced for the level of service and accommodation. We checked out early to stay else where.

The folks picked up the phone. Room was ready. Pleasant stay. Close to airport.

Indifference at front desk. Small room could barely move around in and no shelf or dresser or luggage stand.

When we got our room we realized it was a smoking room right away. I went to the front desk and asked to switch to a new room and she said the rooms were fully booked. I went back on the app and it showed an available non smoking room, I showed her and she said it was a mistake. I asked her to please let us know if anything opens up. There was roaches in the room, I saw at least three big roaches. They never cleaned our room or brought new towels. When I called and asked for clean towels, he told me to go walk to the front desk and ask for them. I did, and they only gave me two towels. Overall, terrible place. Would not go back.
