I liked hotel in underground but you ca hear noise from subway constantly and room don’t have closet and chair to sit. Service desk were nice to give me a chair. I wanted to check in earlier like 1:40pm they wanted to charge me £40 so I decided to leave my stuff in a locker area for charge of £10. Usually all hotels I’ve been would let me check in a little earlier for no charge. They are not. Other than this all good.

Room was not ready at check in time. Musty smell in room and worse in hallway. Could have used more shelf or hanger space but adequate for such a small room. Location is great. Other hotels in area cost much more. I liked the shower.
