Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathrooms have modern and upgraded fixtures. We always love taking a shower after spending all day outside. There are no wall outlets near the bed if you like charging your phone near you as you go to sleep.

One receptionist was rude. All other staff were friendly - the older gentleman who was the doorman was the best! Room furnishings (pillows, couch, table) were all old and worn

Good location, clean and all updated (or new) facilities and rooms. Friendly stuff. The only negative part was fixed windows in the rooms, so if some one needs fresh air possibilities are zero - street only.

Enjoyed the location. Didn’t have time to enjoy all of the amenities.

Very nice hotel at a good location. The room was very silent, could not hear any neighbors.

I suffered burn from boiling water while staying at the Grange Tower Hill and called down at 11:05pm to ask for some ice to place on the burn. I was told housekeeping would send some up since the bar was closed... 30 mins later; no ice. After going down To the reception (which isn’t in front of the bar) I was told that it’s impossible to get ice at the hotel after 11pm and I should walk 10-15 mins to a supermarket j they’ve “think might be open but may not sell ice”. The staff could easily have walked over to the (very visible) ice machine and given it to me but instead refuse service any assistance. To not be able to get something as basic as ice to make a first aid ice pack at a “5 Star” hotel is prettt ridiculous. Night staff are truly terrible.

Everything about this place was great! Staff was nice and friendly. Always worked around your schedule and was a great atmosphere. The location was also awesome. Close to many tube stations from different lines. Everything was in walking distance for quick essential items. The only downfall was the bedding if you really wanted to nit pick but everything was fantastic

The Grange Tower Hill was very comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly and we had no complaints. If you are visiting for sightseeing, other than the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, there aren't a ton of attractions around the hotel. However, don't let that discourage you as it's about a 5 minute walk from the Tower Hill tube station where you can catch a ride on the District or Circle lines to see other sights.

Hotel is modern, near Tower of London on busy streets. More a hotel for conference visitors that tourists as difficult for bus pickups, etc. Some cruise passengers were booked here. My shuttle driver from airport got lost on the way. Also, another hotel of similar name makes it confusing for taxi drivers. Was connecting with a tour group - all had wifi & other difficulties charging electric appliances even with converters. My Apple iPad charger was ruined even with hotel converter.

I was not to happy with the location but that's because I don't know London. The staff was helpful, polite, welcoming, and more. Breakfast was amazing and the spa looks inviting but I did not have time to use it.

Very good hotel at a short walking distance to Circle, District, Hammersmith & Metropolitan lines

Okay, so I had to pamper myself for a couple of days here and it was fabulous. I had room service every early morning, like around three or four in the morning and the staff and food were amazing. I would gawk at the prices, but if you look anywhere in London the prices are pretty much the same everywhere. My only disappointment was that the gym wasn't free - it was 20 pounds per day, which if you look at almost any gym in London, it's the same cost. Thank goodness for the super-low discount pricing; I couldn't have had the experience otherwise.

I had just stayed at The Langham, which really is a 5 star hotel, so perhaps the comparison is unfair. At the price, it was a great deal. The Grange (Tower) was great and the staff very good, but the level of "fit and finish" wasn't what I would expect for a 5 star hotel. Also the location is not particulalry attractive. It is among a number of non-descript office buildings and flats, and quite near a busy on-ramp type of intersection. It is handy to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and Tower Hill tube stop, but only after you make your way past a pair of very busy intersections.

What a great hotel. The service was very sincere and the hotel was dapper.
