Conveniently located to get into Leytonstone. The room was quite small and basic, and a little tired looking but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was simple and the staff we met were friendly. Would definitely use this hotel again.

the room was very tired in decoration and didn’t feel clean. the bed was cheap metal frame which creaked b badly. Th bedside table was cheap metal and was wobbly, The bathroom was dated and not clean. The towels had holes in them and falling to pieces on the edges and hung on metal coat hangers on the back of the door.
I only took a picture of this towel in its ‘towel rail’ but the hand towel had a fist sized hole in it

Good location but the room was very hot with no working air con, the room had two beds but only one was made with no spare bedding, the pillows were awful and bedding was clean but stained, beds were very creaky, none of the small lights worked, all bedside tables were fighting for their life to stay upright, nowhere to put clothes, no soap or shower gel in the shower, and as for the towels - see the photo! Didn’t smell but could be cleaner, host was friendly however. Would not stay again.

A pretty poor experience in a cramped room that was in terrible condition and unclean. Only benefits is it is not far away from several supermarkets, restaurants and train stations

Asked for 3 single beds on booking details via Expedia, but unfortunately wasn’t available up on arrival. Info not showing on hotel system? Had to settle for a double & single, receptionist did try to accommodate. The room & bathroom was clean with hot fast flowing water. Not the biggest of bathrooms. Just a few little picky things: The kettle was too large to fit in the sink / under the tap for water. The room could have had a couple of pictures of the local area / London etc. Maybe a splash of colour on one wall instead of just white with grey carpet. I would recommend & use again for good value for money.

Adequate for a one night stay away on a business trip. Room had iron, hairdryer, TV and tea/ coffee making facilities. However room was very small. No breakfast available. Reception not permanently staffed and doorbell must be rung to gain access on arrival. I was also woken up in the early hours by a loud and lengthy conversation - presumably someone checking in late. Might stay again at a push but not if an alternative was available.
