Excellent service and helpful staff. Breakfast is basic but it is exactly as advertised and plentiful. Rooms are larger on the lower floors but all have superb shower facilities and comfortable beds. Hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities available. Use Barons Court tube stn - tip - use your contactless card as it is far cheaper than buying tickets. Tube is about 7 minutes leisurely walk away with a first rate cafe right next to it. One stop up the line is Hammersmith for lots of pubs/restaurants / Odeon. The tube looks daunting but you'll soon get the hang of it. Been here 3 times and won't consider other options - great place to stay.

Nice hotel in a nice area of London, friendly staff. The breakfast missed eggs and sausages but overall it was good and there was a lot of things. The only thing we could recommend the hotel is a lift.

So i went up to the hotel for a week at comic con, simply put the room was tidy and very nice. Food in the morning was good and the staff was lovely, will happily go back there when i go to comic con again and would recommend this hotel to anyone

Made a booking via Amoma for a good price. My expectations are fully met (rooms are a bit small, but not problematic). It is as clean, neat and beautiful as shown on the photos. The shower is amazing. Loved the modern hotel style! Great service; friendly and helpful staff. Good location; it is nearby the metro (West Kensington) and bus (North End Road) station.

I stayed here as it was close to the Olympia and want disappointed. The staff were lovely and really helpful. I chose a single room and it was very small, but well equipped and very clean. The rain shower was amazing!

We decided at short notice to visit London and so glad we picked W14 as it ticked all the boxes. The receptionist immediately made us feel welcome and the room itself was clean with really comfortable beds and the shower was top class. We went to a concert at Hammersmith Odeon, ir whatever its is now called and this was an easy 15 minute walk so no need for a taxi. When we arrived back from the show there at reception was the same smiling face who greeted us when we arrived and I cannot fault his customer care, all with a ready smile. The breakfast facilities were good and again the staff were friendly and welcoming. Closely situated to the tube station (5 minutes walk) this is an ideal hotel for our needs and we would use it again.

Booked this hotel at the last minute for an event at Olympia and was pleasantly surprised! In a nice little area very close to Barons Court tube, and again only a few minutes walk from Olympia. Reception staff were very friendly on arrival. Booked a triple room, double and single beds, both very comfortable, and room was clean, quiet and well laid out. We didn't hear any noise from any other rooms even though the hotel was busy. Lovely continental breakfast and luggage storage for the day while we were out. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again next year!

This is a very nice hotel in a central location of London in walking distance to tube station Baron Court and West Kensington. The staff was very friendly. The rooms looked modern and clean. Breakfast room is located in a modern, separate building in the backyard. I would definitly come back.

I stayed for three nights and though it was a bit expensive (this IS London after all) it was definitely worth the money. Though I took a small room all my luggage fit inside. The bed wasn't too small as well and though the bathroom was definitely on the smaller side, its modern design made up for it! Breakfast is international which is great for people like me who don't really enjoy English breakfast. What I especially liked is that my room had AC. I was there in June when the temperature had risen up to 31° C so turning on the AC in the morning allowed to arrive to a pleasently cool room in the evening! The tube station Kensington West is not far away, and from there you can take the District line directly into the heart of London. Supermarkets are nearby as well!

Just spent 3 nights at the W14 hotel and it was excellent value in a quiet area close to all the London sights. It's a 5 minute walk to Barons Court and West Kensington tube station so nowhere is far away. Although our room was fairly small it was ample for the amount of time we spent there and had everything you would expect for the price. Very clean. Continental breakfast is more than adequate. There is a lovely outdoor seating area at the back of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and even booked us a table in a nearby pub on the 1st evening without being asked. We visited the V & A and the Science Museum so the location was perfect for us. There are a number of restaurants in the area. This hotel has a nice feel about it and is different to what you would get in a budget chain.
