We were visiting an exhibition at Olympia and W14 was an ideal location. Room was small for 2 people, but for one night it was fine. No complaints. Be ware there is no lift. We were on the top floor.

The hotel is nice and reasonably modern. Bed was slightly firm and so are the pillows. The toilet handle was broken which caused the toilet to not flush. Service came immediately and repaired. Good hotel, small room for twin beds but overall a good stay. NO ELEVATOR so you will have to walk with luggage up to 3 floors. Again NO ELEVATOR so you will carry your luggage up the stairs!

They’ve done a nice job overall, and the staff are friendly and effective, but a few little details let it down slightly - my towel has holes worn in it, the handheld shower holder is broken, the toilet has a constant drip, the WiFi is pretty shocking, and there’s no lift making the third floor a bit of a struggle with luggage (the climb did mean I had mobile signal to make up for the lack of WiFi 🙂) But did it provide a comfortable place for me to spend a night at a very reasonable price for the location? Yes. Would I use it again? Yes.

Tiny double bed room, Room was at third floor, no lift. Room’s A/C was not working, when window was opened, window was dusty and dirty. shower head just drizzled and the hand shower head can’t be used as overhead shower. No tea spoons for tea and coffee/ just wooden stirrer. No chair in the room as advertised

Hotel seems to be few victorian houses put together. Not bad. Little dark and dingy. Old dirty carpets. But surprisingly the bathroom was upto date and good. Receptionist(s) are not very friendly people. Would I stay here again? Maybe.

Great Place!

Fantastic stay. Reception was friendly, room was clean and well decorated, and beds very comfortable. The location was excellent for us, and the hotel is on a nice residential street. There were minor areas which could do with a bit of a touch up of the decor, but that didn’t bother us in the slightest. The price we paid for our room was great in comparison to other nearby hotels, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Even for just a weekend trip and not being in the room much it wasn’t worth the price at all. The bed was shoved in and there was absolutely no room to move what so ever, furniture was damaged and had screws sticking out. The bathroom door was damaged and had paint on it and the floor had a loose tile that shifted whenever stepped on as well as the flusher button being broken so the toilet would constantly drain until moved back into place.

Could be better

Nice hotel but very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. The room was nice and very modern. Breakfast was ok but overpriced for the selection on offer. Staff didn't go out of their way to help and contacted us to say if we didn't turn up by a certain time they wouldn't keep our room which meant we had to rush across London to get there in time. No mention of this on the booking confirmation. It could be a wonderful place to stay but we will book somewhere else next time

No elevator with narrow staircases so moving big suitcases is difficult. Hotel was well positioned for London Underground services. Local shops meet most requirements with a number of good cafes and restaurants. There was a some construction noise during our stay.
