I stayed in room 606 on 12/13. I was really looking forward to good night's sleep since I hadn't had one in a week. Unfortunately I was met with a stuffy room even after turning the air down. I slept with the sliding door open to help cool the room down, but was met with lots of outside noises. Then if I turned on one tv, both came on, and then they wouldn't stay off. I tried to turn one off, but it would come back on and the volume turned up. So I left it on with the volumne turned all the way down. Then the tv in the bedroom would turn off, but come back on after about 20 mins and the volume would be turned up and scare me. So I had to sleep with both tv's on and their volumes all the way down just so they wouldn't scare me coming on. Then the next morning I went to go shower and saw hair all in the bath tub, hair on the shower wall, a wad of hair stuck in my "clean" towel, and then found a band-aid stuck on the bathroom wall. Kinda made me feel ick even after showering. The staff were nice and the hotel seemed lovely, but I just feel the cleanliness of my room was lacking and maybe instructions for the tv because I could not figure out why the tv was off and then come on by itself.

Mother and daughter overnight stay, room was lovely. 'Spa' was a bit dated and was basically just a pool with steam rooms and sauna in the changing rooms. Lacked the wow factor. Breakfast had a lovely selection, but could have been hotter with better drink selections available.

Upon check-in I was offered a free upgrade to a balcony suit by the receptionist which was amazing as it had an amazing city view plus the buffet breakfast was top notch. I'd definitely recommend staying

This is a really nice hotel. Staff are friendly and courtious and it smells very nice. Our room was very spacious with a comfy bed. There were bits that were a bit tired. The door lock on the patio was almost hanging off. Generally a lonely hotel.

We checked in at 15.45, we were left waiting for 20 mins as our room wasn’t ready which then left us rushing abit as we had a reservation to go too. I msged the company on here to ask if breakfast was included in my booking as I couldn’t see it anywhere in the receipt and no one has replied to me which is poor customer service. When I asked at reception they said there was no breakfast on my booking , I’ve since found on my check out on hotels.com that it did include it .

Lovely place to stay, staff were fantastic, food was really well presented and cooked perfect. Pool are was ok and clean. (Say a door I. The men’s had a massive gap so lost a lot of heat ( which was disappointing) but over all as ok. Door staff really well presented, very clean hotel.

The hotel is great if you are looking for a space and I do believe it was top noch 10 years ago but it has not received any investment for a long time. No smart features whatsover and you arent even able to charge your phone next to your bed. Room amenities are are so so, you do have nespresso machine (which is a standart in almost most 3*hotels) but there is no minibar bit just empty slightly broken fridge.Staff is a bit clueless as one doesnt know what the other is doing. In short, it feels like going to
