A small elegant hotel in a converted Georgian townhouse near Bayswater tube station. We received an absolutely fantastic service in the reception by a receptionist who was very accommodating and willing to help. In the basement is served an amazing breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes, cereals as well as several types of bread and plenty of fresh fruit! The staff offered a quick, polite service and was obviously proud of their restaurant. The rooms are nice and clean with modern bathrooms!

Definitely would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel unless they want to ruin their entire trip. First day for some reason our locker wasn't opening because the battery ran out and our money and passports were in the locker. We couldn't step out unless our locker was unlocked. The staff on duty was insisting to wait until the next day as he couldn't find the master key of the locker. We pushed him to search for the key and after a few random calls he found the key in the maintenance staff uniforms who had already left for the day without returning the key in the rightful place. The second day we stepped out of the hotel at 11 am and specifically told the staff at the reception to send house keeping to clean the room. We came back to the hotel after 7 pm and found the hotel room not cleaned at all. Very disappointed with their so called third class service. This is no where a three star hotel. I would be surprised if it even was a one star hotel.

Had a bad experience in Reem hotel, stayed in the hotel right after I touched down in London, I told the reception that their bed is dirty as my mouth became like that as shown in the photo (allergic) and my whole body was itchy when I was sleeping but the receptionist refused to take action and my mouth becomes worse now. Besides, my daughter and I had breakfast in the hotel and we’ve ordered their toast, but the waitress served it differently that make us we felt very uncomfortable. (Others were using a proper toast racks but they didn’t serve us like that)

I had a lovely night in the Reem Hotel. The staff were really helpful and the room I had was lovely. I particularly enjoyed the large window which I was able to look out of whilst resting on the bed and was glad that things like wi fi were all included in the price. The room was not huge but very well appointed and well suited my needs as a single traveller. The breakfast was nice and I enjoyed being in this hotel and will return again week hopefully.

The hotel is situated within 500m of the local tube station (Bayswater), easy to find and central to restaurants and bars of all varieties and central to the main attractions of London. Despite the reviews, this is a surprisingly nice hotel, all be it large in capacity and small in terms of room size, it’s more than adequate for a short stay. Breakfast is continental, varied but plentiful. The hotel is clean and tidy and serviced daily. My only advice is insist on a room on a higher floor and away from the main entrance/exit points. The staff are very friendly and are able to offer advice if required. I would consider using the hotel again without doubt.

Fantastic location for Central London especially close to Notting Hill, Bayswater and Hyde Park. The most helpful and friendly staff and most importantly very clean! If you're looking for cheap comfortable stay in London with excellent service look no further.

I had to be somewhere for a meeting in the area very early and decided to stay here as it was a short walk from where I needed to be. The room and bathroom were spotless and recently renovated, the bed was really comfortable and I had a really good nights sleep. The staff were very nice on reception. I had a single room in the basement which was on the small side, but for my needs was not a problem as I was just staying the night, plus the fact that I am slender and dont need alot of space, but if you are on the large side, you would have found this a squeeze. You have to remember this hotel is selling rooms at a really good price for the area, if you want large spacious rooms you have to pay more and go to another hotel. I would definately stay here again if I have to find a hotel in this area, I was very happy with my stay.

Great location, not far from the underground. A nice, comfortable room, very high to the ceiling. Very basic, but all you needed when you spend most of the time out in the city. Breakfast included was basic, but with variance.

Whichever moron decided three people could fit into room 37 needs to spend a fortnight here in the company of two malodorous prop forwards. Even then I feel more punishment is required. The room is half the size of our bathroom and contains a three quarter size double and a single. There is room for an ewok to move around, but not a full size human being. This is a small single room, nothing more, even in London. Add to this the frosted glass door in front of the toilet confirms we are talking about a first degree idiot. Who the hell wants to sit on the toilet with the other inhabitants having front row seats. Idiot. Shower head leaks and window only just opens, curtains cannot be drawn due to bed being in the way. Never again. Staff were friendly and cleanliness was fine.

Lovely little hotel , very basic but met our needs. Clean , friendly staff and very reasonably priced . Would recommend to anyone . You can walk it to Knightsbridge and theres St James's Park nearby too . We eat in the west end and took a cab to get there . Great little hotel conveniently situated with a lovely pub just round the corner too .
