The rooms were dirty. The amenities were none at best. The location was great.

Smelled like urine on check in. Had to change rooms. They were great about getting it done immediately.

The room was small and there was a large portable air conditioning unit which made it even smaller. It was not well lighted. I had to request that a lamp be added which was done. The overall impression was a bit depressing but the location was well suited to my needs.

Great location. Close to underground and walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and parks.

The property and rooms need a update! The front desk personnel were very friendly.

great location friendly staff - really love the quiet street and ease to get around

Very lovely ) thank you for everything! I will come back

The hotel was pretty good for the peice and in a great location. My only suggestion is that they could change or at least clean the chairs and headboards of the bedrooms as they are covered with fabric they looked pretty dirty as well as the couches in the lobby.. other than that pretty good hotel and the breakfast was great !

The location was central to everything so that was the bonus. The room was very small as was the elevators. There are three steps to go down when you first go through the door so if you have large suitcases like we did, that is tough going back up especially. I wouldn't waste money on the breakfast. Not appealing and not much for the price. One desk clerk was not able to give us directions but the other was so hit and miss there. It's right behind another major hotel so you could hear some of the staff chatting at night - if you have a room that faces the street. We were only there for a night so not too bad but I don't think I would stay for a longer period of time.

Stayed here on our last day in London. The staff was very nice but the hotel is just very tired and depressing. Couldn’t decide if it was dirty or just so rundown that it just looked dirty.

Liked the hotel. Breakfast was great! Lots of choices. Had eggs, fruits, sausage, mushrooms, potatoes, croissants, toast, cereal, juices... The staff was well mannered and great! The room was good but the carpet was dirty. I guess they hadn't vacuumed. Bathroom was cleaned but the tub was to high to get in. Overall, I truly recommend it!

The Hotel has just one thing good the location the rooms are super small and old and also the breakfast is very bad would come back for the location if the price is right

I had a very pleasant week long stay. The room was clean; The staff was friendly and efficient the price was good and I experienced no issues.

The hotel is in about the best possible location in London, but also on a nice quiet road with quiet rooms. Amazing combination of calm in the middle of one of the world's most lively, vibrant cities. My only complaint was that the room was very small. But for this location, easy to overlook. Nice staff, lovely lobby area. Just a great place.

Do NOT be fooled by the website’s professional photos. What appears to be a small, quaint hotel with a cozy atmosphere is anything but. Located in the beautiful area of Mayfair, I wish I could say that this hotel held up to the par of the others located nearby. The saying “cheap is cheap” must apply here because the owner of this hotel has refused to put any money back into their establishment. I checked in with my family a few weeks ago with the hope of having a nice stay for a trip to London for New Year’s Eve but we checked out the same night we arrived. For starters, the lobby is covered with dust, stained chairs, and peeling wallpaper. The lift is old and can barely fit two people with their luggage! The rooms are disgustingly filthy and dilapidated! Upon first entering the room, we tried to leave; however, the door was broken and we could not get out! We tried calling the front desk for help but the phone in our room did not work either! With broken doors, nonworking telephones, peeling wallpaper, rusted bathrooms, holes and iron burns in the carpet, beds that probably had insects crawling beneath the mattresses, the bedding looked like it was from the 1950’s with its wire springs protruding from the mattress…we just couldn’t stay there in those terrible conditions.

Good location in Mayfair. The staff was friendly and willing to help, however the furniture was quite dated. I guess that is what you get for the price, given the excellent location.
