This was a nice property. Clean, if small. The renovations made it more comfortable although a bit cheap. But great deal for the price. A bit of street noise but ear plugs took care of that.

The room catered for everything you need, such as kettle, tea, coffee, water, wardrobe with ahngers, hairdryer, TV etc. The overall cleanliness was not great and the room needs some TLC. The shower was clearly not cleaned properly in a while and started to show moldy spots. I stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned or the bin emptied after the first night. One towel was provisioned and not changed either. There was NO hot water when getting up at 5:30 and still not when checking at 6.15 but I had to get ready for work. - I am not sure if this was a one off or happens 'as normal'. The window was not soundproof and the wind brought a draft; the card system (when checking in) is not secure and the opening of the enterance door with the card reader is a hit and miss opportunity - I suggest to get is shown by someone properly to be on the safe side. I booked this accommodation again for next month but will likely cancel due to the above (esp. shower issue).

The room was too dirty; the floor wasn’t even vacuumed. The shower was completely dirty, neither the glass nor the walls were cleaned, and the drains were clogged. In addition, there was noise from the other rooms and from the street; you can hear absolutely everything, from toilets flushing to people walking. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations, but I was so tired that I simply stayed there since it was only a one-night stay.

A little hidden gem! I was apprehensive about booking and staying here, but how wrong could I have been. Usually I’ll be staying in hotels that would be 3-4 star minimum, with spas etc. Of course this place isn’t that but for the price you pay, and the cleanliness of the room I would happily recommend this place to friends and family Great location for Paddington station and also lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Realise you get what you pay for, and you’ll be blown away. Had a chat with the team on my departure too and they were so lovely and helpful

The staff were wonderful. The location is great. The room is very small but very clean and despite tiny bathroom, it has a great shower. There is a small room off the inside entrance where you can store luggage, and keep any food you buy in the small fridge
