Really annoyed, half the building was being refurbished. We got out the lift on the 4th floor to a building site. Reception didn't tell us not to get out on our floor. Only 1 lift working. Fire alarm went off numerous times in the night. Alarms going off everywhere, couldn't use the lift. Couldn't get down the lift, couldn't get down the stairs - second floor was being refurbished and wthe stairs were blocked. No manager, no staff, no instruction, just fire alarm going of constantly. Made even worse we had to be up early for a race the next day - no sleep, no apology

Room was spotless, bathroom however beeds updating as the tiles were not so good. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Staff were very attentive. However our room was very cold as the heating was nog working and we were given a plug in heater that was not big enough for the size of the room. We were given a discount but only gor one night.....we were cold for both nights...disappointing.

The room was very spacious and the staff were very helpful in answering all of our questions and keeping our bags safe. The hotel is in a fantastic location with the British Museum a two minute walk away and lots of food and drink options in nearby Covent Garden. The room was nice and quiet considering the central location and there were great supplies of toiletries and refreshments.

Nwver coming back. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Outdated and run down room. A huge draft from our window and generall an ice cold room. The worst thing was the dirty spoons . When mentioned to the staff they somply apologised. .
