All of the reception staff (4 in total) that we met were absolutely useless, uninterested and incapable of providing assistance. They didn’t smile once, or even say hello. They didn’t care that we were unhappy with our room when flagged and took ages just to complete basic tasks.
The room we were given wasn’t anything like the “premium” room in the pictures. Despite asking about this after checking in, nothing was done to fix it. They blamed Expedia.
The air-con in the room was loud, the shower drain was blocked and the only thing provided was two cans of water. There was a fridge but it was empty and there was a TV that didn’t work.
When we complained again at checkout, the receptionist just offered me the hotel manager’s business card and said he’d make our next stay better. Given our experience, we will not be staying again.
This hotel looks good in the pictures, mainly due to the nice frontage of the building, but it’s extremely underwhelming inside and no better than the lowest budget hotel you can find.
