Lovely room in a great location

Lovely room, in a great location. The room wasn't quite as nice as the pictures suggested it would be, but it was still very nice. Service was great and the gym had some great equipment for a little workout to start the day.

The room was expensive but was clearly tired, at breakfast time the food was cold (albeit was a cooked breakfast) the location is fantastic but unless you get a good deal there are better places to stay

Great location, the gym is solid, the hotel is very well serviced. The dining options are very good - the breakfast buffet is what we enjoyed, and it was excellent. We did have some hiccups. I had prepaid for our rooms which were not immediately available when I arrived at the appointed check-in time. There was also a gaff with breakfast - I had paid to have it included, and my children were turned away b/c somehow the dining room wasn't in sync with the front desk. The folks were apologetic and worked in earnest to make up for the gaffs. Would definitely recommend, especially for families (they do offer adjoining rooms). Will def stay there again when we next come to London.

This is a very nice hotel in a very convenient area, handy for shopping, transport & minutes away from The British Museum. The only thing I would disagree with is their room descriptions which I think are a bit misleading. We booked a deluxe room, which was perfectly fine & comfortable, but was not what I would consider to be deluxe.

We stayed in the deluxe room and the bed was extremely comfortable! Good WiFi and easy to connect to it. Easy 5 minute walk to the central line. Very nice lobby and the staff were all really welcoming.
