Great location near St Pauls & the millennium bridge. Staff was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. It was close to public transportation, and cabs were readily available. Cafe was good and convenient, but only open until 18:00 then the bar opened. I would recommend this hotel

Our group had five rooms here. We were not aware ahead of time that the beds were pushed against the wall so inconvenient if there were two people in the room. The halls were very, very dark with a small light above each entry door. The elevator was difficult to operate. The staff was very kind and tried to be helpful.
