The location is fabulous, the rooms are spacious with clean modern decor. We appreciated the kitchen, having toiletries. The booking and check-in were easy.

The pillows were so thin we had to use couch cushions to sleep at night. Overall it was clean but very broken down. Not as clean as it looks in the pictures. No one could figure out the shower so we ended up splashing water from the faucet on ourselves. To get the keys you had to go to an unfriendly shop keep who gave me the keys while his other associate kept yelling at me to move.

I will sum this up by pros and cons. The biggest plus is the location (just 10 minutes of walk from Liverpool street) and 3 bedrooms which are comfortable enough. The price was OK for 6 people. Now the cons: The first night there was alarm at the front door beeping the whole day. Then somebody turned it off and started again at like 6AM so we could not sleep. Host is unreachable on any of the provided phones or even through Expedia. The kitchen is not equipped properly so you will not cook anything there (cloth is missing) and they provided just 1 small shampoo and 1 small soap (hotel style) for 6 people for 3 night. We would need at least 6 of each as a minimum. Overall disappointing.

When we arrived we could not get into the property so we rang customer service which took an hour to get through. Once we finally got into property the property had not been cleaned, beds were still not made after previous night. The sheets wernt even changed after the people who stayed there before us.

What a great place to stay with friends!

Fantastic location. I would not stay there for a family trip but would be a great place for sure to spend with friends. They have everything a house should have. Quite basic but everything working in order. The service is great because is simple and precise. I did not have any problem but it gives me the feeling that if I did have, the people in charge would respond promptly.

Comodo per una famiglia di sei persone Tre camere molto grandi bagno e cucina Appartamento al 2 piano in zona tranquilla vicino alla fermata della metro e a 13 minuti dalla stazione di Liverpool Noi abbiamo solo dormito senza usufruire di nulla ma c’è dalla lavatrice al phono per capelli

Great disappointment

Omöjligt att få tag på de som tillhandahåller nycklar och lägenhet. De svarade inte på några av våra frågor innan eller under vår vistelse. Ren tur att vi met hotels.coms hjälp kunde få vår bokning bekräftad. Tyvärr väldigt ostädat vid ankomst. Var väldigt lyhört i en stökig trapp och utifrån hördes allt på en gata med mycket rörelse, motorcykelparkering precis utanför vårt fönster etc. Inget fungerande Wi-fi samt att vi endast kunde få en nyckel. Detta i en lägenhet med sovplats för 6 personer!

Gestion de l’établissement scandaleuse

Nous avons dû payer en ligne pour cet établissement sous prétexte qu’il ne possède pas de réception alors que nous avions choisi l’option de paiement sur place. Dès lors que nous avons procédé au paiement nous n’avons plus jamais eu de nouvelles du gérant. Nous n’avons donc pas pu passer le week-end dans cet hôtel et avons dû trouver et payer un autre hôtel au dernier moment sur place. Tout simplement scandaleux.

Som att sova i en bar

Lägenheten var rymlig och fin och låg bra till med närhet till det mesta, men det var som att sova på en pub. Fredag och lördag var det någon i huset som hade fest/efterfest med skrik och gap ända fram till 7.00 på morgonen så vi fick inte sova en blund. Väldigt lyhört och de stod i trappuppgången med dörren uppställd. Känns som vi förlorade 2 dygn eftersom man blev så trött. Söndag & måndag däremot var det lugnt och skönt.
